The difference is worth the drive & they go the extra mile to take care of their customers!

I went in with my husband and daughter to look at a new fridge yesterday. When I got there, a salesman came to help us and asked about the size. I told him 32"W x 66.75"H. He told me that was quite small, and I said that I was aware of that. He then told me "you should have got your husband to measure it. The last time I had a woman come in with measurements, the husband went back and found 3/4 more of an inch. " I thought these comments were sexist and unprofessional.

He convinced me that I obviously had the measurements wrong. When I got home, I measured again, with 2 sets of eyes. And it was in fact 32"W x 66.75"H.

I have usually had good service at Battleford Furniture in the past and have a few pieces from there. But this service and comment was completely uncalled for.
