Sehaj's knowledge and expertise in all things related to Bell's products and services were truly impressive. She took the time to carefully listen to my needs and preferences, and then she provided me with a range of options that were perfectly tailored to my requirements. Her deep understanding of the latest technologies and plans allowed me to make an informed decision, and I couldn't be happier with the package I chose.

What truly stood out about Sehaj was her patience and willingness to answer all of my questions. She explained everything in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that I fully understood the features and benefits of the products I was interested in. It's not often that you encounter an employee who genuinely cares about your satisfaction, but Sehaj went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

Trash company. Have never been so frustrated by a organization in my life. My wife creates an account for a smart watch under her name and phone number but and uses my credit card to pay for it. They end up charging her a monthly bill for the watch as well as myself which obviously goes delinquent due to the fact I had no idea it existed. I call their help centre on 4 separate occasions being told every time that they messed up and they had resolved the situation but continue to get daily or more frequently harassing phone calls regarding my account being in the rears and getting taken to the credit burough. The wife is going to switch to sasktel now and they will never get my business and will be sure to tell anyone willing to listen how poor the customer service is.

I’ve been waiting here for 30 minutes already and no one showed up, they are supposed to be till 7. Many people came by and got disappointed like me.

The service I have received from Bell and especially this location has been absolutely dismal. First after getting my phone in April my caller ID was turned off. This means whenever I call somebody I come up as private number. I realized this was an issue and took my phone back later that week to asked if they could fix it the issue and they said no. They have no idea why it does that and there is nothing they are do to help me. Now my phone has stopped charging so again I went to the Midtown location and they pretty much said even though I'm still under contract that it's not their problem and that there is nothing they could do for me. What kind of customer service are you offering? I will absolutely be choosing another provider when my contract is up and I have advised many of my friends and family to change as well. My advice, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Lexi from this midtown location was more than helpful and understanding with the issues I was dealing with my Z fold 4 device. She and Courtney from the center location worked together to provide me with the best customer service I have ever received. Highly recommend this location and Lexi to anyone who is in need of help.
