On Feb11,2021 I had ultherapy laser (lower face), IPL treatment and 3 inner oral (buccal area) laser treatments done on my face.

I have slowly watched in HORROR as my face literally deflated causing sagging due to fat loss of my lower face, the buccal fat pads were destroyed (extensive fat loss and hollowness)

During my initial consult with Colleen and Dr. Jubin, Dr. Jubin Recommended ultherapy (lower face), IPL, I also received 3 free inner oral (buccal area) laser sessions (done approx 2-3 weeks apart) with the purchase of ultherapy, it was the special for the month.
Dr Jubin’s last words were don’t worry we will look after you, how ironic is that statement!
The only thing she looked after was my hard earned money, my self confidence, and destroyed my LIFE, causing INTENSE EMOTIONAL + PHYSICAL TRAUMA +SUICIDAL THOUGHTS!

I had posted a negative review and within 10 minutes Colleen called me wanting me to take down the negative review and to make an appt to address my concerns.

Dr. Jubin did admit that she could see I had facial sagging, fat loss and loss of fat pads. She looked at me and said, “you look sick, did you lose weight”?
I told her I was sick and hospitalized on February 5,2022 but I hadn’t lost any weight (NOTE: my ultherapy was done on Feb 11,2021 a year before I got sick). Colleen brings in a weight scale to weight me (manipulation)
I’ve been sick a few times in my 57 years but I’ve never experienced facial sagging or fat loss to this degree, EVER! Dr Jubin would never admit that my facial fat loss and sagging was from the ultherapy and the 3 inner oral (buccal area) laser treatments I had. Dr Jubin said, “this hasn’t happened to anyone else, you are the first patient who has ever had this experience”. Again another lie, I have read reviews of other patients that have experienced the same damage from ultherapy (fat loss) at this clinic (but again the reviews were taken down.
I left the clinic feeling like I wasn’t heard or seen, felt belittled, manipulated they tried to twist my words, they don’t give a DAMN about the PHYSICAL + MENTAL TRAUMA they caused! Word of advice never go alone take someone in with you, your word against there’s.

I have all my medical reports from the past 10 months to prove to them that I am not sick….

I called to speak specifically to Colleen, the receptionist said, “ she is busy, can I take a message”? I gave her my name and phone number and I’m still waiting for that call….

Had laser removal done. Michelle did a great job. Was quick and plesent to deal with. Obviously had a lot of experience doing lazer hair removal. Results are great so far.

My experience with Bella Sante has been wonderful! Colleen was helpful and knowledgeable with information and treatment suggestions during the consultation. I’ve have the experience of an Ultherapy on my mid face/ under the chin. The treatment was fairly comfortable, numbing was applied prior to the treatment. Treatment only took about an hour. There was slight swelling but no one noticed I’d had a procedure done. The results gave my neck & face a visible lift - would definitely do this treatment again!

My experience at Bella Sante has been top notch. I started off with a silk peel and then a ipl treatment as I had quite a bit of sun damage on my face. The results were instant. Dr. Jubin told me that I would see results fast but I didnt think that fast. I also had xanthelasma under my eyes and got a Mixto Laser treatment done. The results absolutely blew me away. I have a whole lot of confidence back thanks to Bella Sante! I cannot wait for the follow-up in fall. Bella Sante MD Clinic should be on top of your list, if its your first time getting laser treatment. Trust me I have had very bad experiences at other places and I regret why I didnt visited them first. Staff is so welcoming despite my ethnicity ir color. My first laser treatment went exceptionally well. The technician is so kind and gentle on my skin. They will explain you every single thing in detail and their procedure is very professional. I highly recommend anyone getting hair removal done to go to Bella Sante to get the best first time experience and amazing customer service.

Bella Sante is the only cosmetic clinic I would ever go to. I have been getting treatments for over 10 years and have been to clinics all over Canada and the US and I can honestly say Bella Sante is the best. The staff are amazing and really care about me and that my results look totally natural. Dr. Jubin and her staff are constantly going to conferences and learning everything new in this industry. This makes me feel safe that they are so educated, experienced, and professional. I have had botox, filler, IPL, Coolsculpt and Ultherapy and have been happy with all my results. I highly recommend Bella Sante for medical cosmetic treatments.

When I went in for a consult, I had told Sharon what I wanted and what my budget was. She did the examination and said yes we can do that. 5 injections for 2,000. I stressed the point no matter what I don’t want duck lips! She said we won’t touch the lips, rather do the cheeks and give them a lift. The first two injections were on the lines in the chin area. The sides were not even. One side was good but the other still had a line. For this I paid 1000. The second time I went in she told me it would cost 1750 to do the cheeks! Not within the estimate at all! So she said we would do the lips. I only wanted to get rid of the smokers lines. That was the reason for going there in the first place! Again, I told her absolutely no duck lips! Guess what? I walked out of there paying 550 for duck lips! After numerous times of telling her I did not want that! About a week later, my lips broke out in blisters and cold sores. Now I have duck lips with sores! I will never step foot in there again. So not happy with what they have done to my face! If I could post 0 stars I would. Update: belle sante contacted me and requested a meeting with myself, the manager and Dr. Jubin. When I went to the meeting, it was with a consultant, not the manager and doctor. They offered to inject me with more filler, which I declined. They then offered me spa services. I am not interested in visiting their clinic again. They refused any type of refund. Didn’t care about my concerns whatsoever. I’m sure Walmart would go a better job.
