I have gotten my conch and helix both done by Jasmine and my belly button from Kate.all the staff there is really friendly and knows what they are doing.if you decide to get a piercing i suggest going to Bellezza Moda. Only place i trust to stick a hole in my body.

Unfortunately all my earrings / cartridge pieces have broken / fallen apart. One broke 3 days after & after being replaced a week it broke and fell out again. All were put in by them.

I absolutely LOVE Belleza moda. I’ve gotten all my piercings there except my first lobes and I love the business so much. They are so kind and polite. I will always support them. My favourite business by far!

Amazing place and customer service! My daughter had lost the back of her earring and they were able to fix the issue by replacing it with the special kind of backing she originally had. They were amazing to deal with!

I like to support local and I really wanted to like this shop. But the communication and customer service is not good. I had inquired multiple times (3x) about some jewelry through messenger as I don't have the time between work and having my toddler son.and I either have been left on read or never got a reply back when they said they would check.

Jasmine is a great owner! There was a mix up with scheduling and Jasmine gave me free product and half off my piercings for the wait. I would highly recommend this store to anyone for jewelry and piercings.

I got my conch pierced last Thursday and everything was fine for the first couple of days but then it started swelling a LOT and was throbbing with pain. I couldn't even touch my ear without it hurting. I reached out to my piercer to let her know what was happening and she got back to me within an hour but when I asked when I could get the bar switched out for a larger one she didn't respond until after the store was closed for the night and I messaged her again telling her that the pain was too much and I needed to take it out as the back of my ear was starting to swell over the jewelry. I ended up having to pry it out of my ear. The bar was way too short to be used for a new piercing and I also paid the extra $80 for gold jewelry as I'm sensitive to other jewelry and found that the bar used was not even gold. I'm disappointed as I really thought my experience here would be great but that was not the case

Went in to have my forward helix and anti tragus jewelry changed. Was told to come back in an hour when the piercer was available. Came back and was told that they were "just a piercer" and couldn't do a jewelery change. Made two trips for nothing. Your staff need to be better organized or at least know who can and can't do what.

Had the best piercing experience with jas yesterday! She's so professional and so so kind! Made sure i was comfortable before, during and after my service! Will definitely return for any more piercings!

Went there to get my septum, the woman who did it messed up very badly on the placement and it ended up very crooked. When I told her she offered to do it again but it was still crooked! (as you can see in the photo). The left side was way too close to the top which made it very uneven, very upset that not only was my nose mutilated once but twice! It was free but just not worth it the pain and experience and I just took it out because its very noticeable. I strongly recommend not going here to get pierced.

Absolutely amazing experience. I had been to two previous piercers who were unexperienced and unsuccessful at changing my dermal tops;with the last piercer I visited having to leave my piercing open and suggested I go somewhere else. Upon arriving she was so professional from the start, it was very clear she was highly skilled at piercing and customer care. I also scored some lovely new jewelry on the way out. Highly reccomend for any piercing needs or cute accessories:)

This store is amazing it has beautiful jewelry especially reasonably priced mirror ball earrings of all Colours. The piercing services are great. There clean and professional. The staff are always professional and super nice.

I hate to give local businesses bad reviews but I have had such horrible experiences shopping at Bellezza. The earrings shown below are three sets I bought when they were having their "buy 2 get 1 free" sale. As I got home I realized that none of the earrings were consistently 4mm like they were suppose to be. The black earrings shown below are completely different sizes but sold as a pair. The teal and red 4mm are not the same sizes as the red ones are larger. These are all their 4mm earrings but not a single pair or colour are the exact same size. I went back to their store to get pairs that actually match and are 4mm like they are advertised but had the older sales lady laugh at my complaint. She said that she didn't see a problem in the sizing and thought no one would actually notice if they were all "a little different". After saying that I wanted my pairs to match, she finally took another look and agreed that none of them were consistent. After searching through her drawer of earrings she managed to find 2 red and 2 black 4mm earrings that were consistently the same size but no teal earrings so I had to choose a different colour. I choose the darker royal blue (shown below). As soon as I got home I opened the boxes and before I could even clean the royal blue earrings, a stone had already come out! So I went back for the second time that day.the sales lady was nice and swapped out the earring for another.

I don't think I am being too picky or fussy for wanting my 4mm earrings to all actually be 4mm so they match. I have have two sets of ear lobes pierces and it would be obvious the earrings were not the same size if I wore them at the same time. Anyone can see these 3 sets of earrings are not the same size. To compensate my time and effort coming to the store 3 times in one day, I was gifted a 10 dollar coupon that I had to spend 20 dollars to use.thanks.

A few weeks later I purchased an upper cartilage ear hoop (hoping to give this store a second chance) and within 2 months of wear the plating is coming off and its missing a stone (the little black bit is the plating).

I was gifted a beautiful rose gold watch from a friend and after wearing it 4 times the "leather" band broke off the watch and the components inside the face of the watch (the numbers and hands) had all come unstuck to the face and shook around like loose confetti! (My 30 day warranty was up so I threw it out before I thought to take a picture).

The earrings may have life time warranty but they are not quality jewelry (as well as the watches and other earrings) At first I thought I was just having bad luck and getting some defect products by chance but the quality is just not good. The items have to be made cheaply. Why else have I had a problem with every single thing boughten from this store? Buyers beware, the jewelry may look beautiful but it is not good quality for the price you pay. I do not recommend this store to anyone but if you do happen to buy earrings, make sure to check they are actually the same size before you pay!

Amazing prices for high quality jewelry, specifically the Crystal Ball earrings. They are waterproof, nickel free, and come with lifetime warranty so if you do run into any problems the staff will be more than happy to fix or replace your earring (s). The owner Jasmine also offers professional piercings for prices lower than any other place in the city. The staff are always welcoming and willing to do their best to help you find what you are looking for.

Every time I walk in to Bellezza Moda, there is something new. I am always blown away by the variety of items they have. My favourites are of course the crystal ball earrings. A must have store for any gift shopping. Very high quality items, for such a great price!

My mom and I used to always shop at H&B and it was so expensive. The earrings continually lost the back of the earring causing the earring to fall out. The best part of bellezza moda is that the back of the earrings clip in so that they can’t fall out. They also have lifetime warranty and I can wear them in the shower! I have over 10 pairs of earrings and 5 matching necklaces. They are half the price and are so amazing! Haven’t even needed the warranty on any of my earrings since I’ve had them! They also have sparkle ball belly button rings and they are super cute! Definitely worth checking out bellezza moda, you won’t regret it!

Amazing products all around, the jewelry is extremely high quality for the price point and the earrings are waterproof which is amazing for a mom on the run as I often forget to take them off. The staff in store are super friendly and the store has an all around amazing atmosphere. Bath bombs are good quality and the jewelry inside is always beautiful, highly recommend!

One of the big selling points to these earrings is that they are waterproof - way better than Hillberg and Berk (HB), where you can't even bring the earrings into the shower or else they'll just fall apart. The only problem I have is with their 925 silver. They say it is nickel free - I have extremely sensitive ears, so even the slightest bit of impure metal creates a bad rash on my ear, and I was itching my piercings pretty badly with these earrings. I do not get this problem with HB earrings.

There is also a definite difference in quality between the HB earrings versus these ones - although you likely won't be able to tell from afar. And I also appreciate that these come with a lifetime warranty. HB only has a 1 year warranty. So I will give it 4 stars, but deduct one due to the metal mixture that they have for the 925 silver.

THE BEST. I buy all my jewelry from here now! I have very sensitive skin and i have not had one allergic reaction to the products because it quality stuff! The bath bombs are incredible AND come with a surprise jewelry in it! Best customer service. Outstanding products. Quality sparkle balls unlike other competitors. These ones are safe to go in water, life time warranty and most of all the sale gals are just awesome to chat with! They will work with your budget, occasion, etc!
