They were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I trust the Ford certified mechanics did a quality repair to my Ford.

Great help in the quicklane despite some initial troubleshooting with off brand products. Both the front end and technicians did a great job.

Please get second opinion so dishonest
Shame on the mechanic saying 800.00+ to fix a simple hose clamp.

Inside staff was great but the tech didn’t clean the oil up on the crossbar and this morning there was a few drips on the driveway.
The interesting thing is I was asked to reply to a text I got this morning if I had any concerns so I replied saying that there was a problem with the drips. This was the reply
Thank you for the feedback Mark, we will make sure for your next oil change the oil gets cleaned up!

Not sure if there will be a next time. Lots of options for oil changes. Hopefully it doesn't stain my driveway permanently. I will see in spring I guess.

Very good service. Took our 2021 GT500 in for a recall and oil change. The service advisor was very friendly and came to find me to ask or show me a few things. Actually took me to look at a problem they found with the car. Would highly recommend them

I had a bad experience with the 1st adviser who was supposed to help me, She booked me an appointment for Monday so I dropped off my truck, and at the end of the day, I waited for their call but did not hear anything from her, next day I emailed her but no reply, so 3rd day I went to Bennet to ask how is my truck and she told me they did not do anything yet to my truck! And now I am really satisfied with the service that Andrew gives me, so I giving him 5 stars! If I can, I will rate him 6 stars. I as worked at an auto group company I can say Andrew is a good, professional, asset to your company.

I had a unique experience at the Bennett-Dunlop Ford Sales Regina dealership. They helped me a lot in choosing the suitable model and the trim according to my condition. I was confused without their help, and I just knew I wanted an SUV. But they took the time to show my wife and me the differences so we could choose a model that perfectly suited our requirements.

Originally I was very upset that my alternator broke down after having the vehicle for 3 years, Jackson helped me and we came to a resolution that both were satisfied with!

My service rep was very helpful and made sure to update me as things progressed and was friendly at all times, thank you for the outstanding service.

Other than waiting for parts the rest of the service was great. Prioritized what needed to be done due to safety policies and were great on communicating any changes.

The buying experience was good nice people but service is very poor I took my truck into Bennet for a broken emergency brake wire with 30k on my f150 fx4 they convinced me that it’s not under warranty because I was mud bogging my truck which I don’t do I just live on grid roads on a farm. The part was $450. I took it to knight Ford Lincoln in Moose Jaw and they told me that someone had disconnected the wires and they were just full of mud. They cleaned it up plugged it back in and everything worked again, so I don’t know what this dealership is trying to pull but the service is no good they’re extremely disappointed.

Great service, friendly staff. Switched over from capital ford as I wasn't getting the service levels that Bennett Dunlop can provide. Won't let me do another review. Was I today for oil change. A gentleman working quicklane I think Carter went above and beyond when an elderly lady came in for a tire change. Absolute 100% customer service. Nice to see.

They didn't keep promise and still my car is not repair I paid them beyond 5,000 thousand I lost my Uber driver Job

I was on route to BC when my truck started smoking. Bennett Ford took me in right away, found the problem, and was fixed by 1: 00 P. M the next day. The whole time, I was assisted by Brendan Yes, who remained very patient and calm while I was not. Lol. Thank you very much Brendan and Bennett Ford.

Was driving across Canada with my daughter and needed a quick oil change. The staff here was very professional and friendly. Got our oil changed in half and hour as promised and enjoyed complimentary coffee from the super cute cafe located right on site. Thank you Dunlop Ford for your exceptional service.
