30 day "return policy", in my opinion is very different from a warranty issue. Absolutely zero warranty support. Should have been a very simple exchange, with the original receipt in hand.

I just had the best experience ever while shopping at Best Buy for computers and attachments. Jory answered every question I asked, and showed me a few new accessories. I will go back for my next purchase. There were three of us in the store and he listened to our needs and spoke equally to each us. We ranged in age from 15 to 75. This is a family store. We left feeling happy and smarter.
I had researched this purchase and in some stores I wasn't even approached by salespeople. Kudos to Jory and Best Buy on Eighth Street in Saskatoon. We met Richard near the end of our transaction and he confirmed that we had made the right decisions. It was a fabulous visit.

Went in to get new phones with my boyfriend and had amazing service. Sahil and Snehil were very welcoming and made us feel very valued as customers. Such a great experience!

Im really satisfied with the service and everything. The staff that helped me out that were really great were Sam, Hana, Hrushali. I changed my phone and bought a new one but my info were all messed up including my number but they helped me out and I'm rlly thankful

The salesperson straight up lied to me about what was included with my printer and it's features (which means I now own a printer that will not work). They have a 30 day return policy, and it is in my opinion that if you are unable to back your products for longer than a month then the product was designed to fail in the first place. I have had only positive experiences with Memory Express and would strongly recommend them over Best Buy any day.

Very nice place to shop, whether it's video games, gadgets, devices, home appliances, and technology. Plus the staff here is very helpful and they will approach you most of the time to ask you if you need help with everything

The last time I went to Best Buy, I was looking for an external hard drive to back up my Mac. Adam was very helpful, he even helped me try to back up my computer to the external hard drive to ensure it was compatible with my computer. 5 stars for Adam.

I went back today to look for something else and the customer service was far from great. Groups of 3-4 employees standing around chatting without any attempt to help. I left and went to London Drugs and received incredible customer service and found exactly what I needed.

Bad experience, comedy of errors that left me very frustrated. Bought a washer and dryer at 8th St location, and bypassed delivery in favor of a quicker availability by picking it up at the store ourselves, but when we went to pick them up, they werent there. The associate that processed the order, sent it to some ware house rather than the retail location. (so ok, we will puck it up there, but were told we couldnt, as it wasn't in the city), we asked if there were others in stock, they said no, so we asked for out money back, they said they had to put in a request to get our money back since the order was not complete. (but they could never deliver from the warehouse since they didnt have out address, or phone #, and we live out side the city), so to redirect from.the warehouse, could take a couple weeks, to get our money back would take a week or more, and when we said that was unacceptable and requested to speak to a manager, none came out to speak to us, but then sent the associate back to speak on her behalf and a refund was issued an hour an a half later.very frustrated.then went to another location, and the people were more helpful and communicated better, and my wife managed to not only buy, but leave with the machines in under 30 min (that manager at that store also took the time to come out and speak to my wife when confirmation was needed.the kicker was, when the associate checked his scanner, he said it showed that the location that we were just at, did indeed have stock on hand, and the issue could have been resolved in minutes if the people there knew what they were doing.this is the reason I prefer to buy most of my electronics online, as the service is actually better than going into the store.which it shouldnt be.it should be better talking to a real person, like it was at the second location.and for that reason alone I would not recommend BestBuy on 8th street in Saskatoon.if I had it my way, someone would have been fired for their incompetence that just kept on snowballing when it could have been averted or stopped earlier.preferably the manager would be fired for failing to intercede even when specifically requested.but that's just my opinion.

Copy from another store for visibility

No help from company at all about shipping issues. No help from support except promises it will be delivered after x hours (depending on what support you talk to).

Would never again recommend best buy if they continue to use this delivery company and provide no assistance with order issues

Edit: After finally being able to contact the delivery company, they confirmed what the tracking said, no package was ever received. I was lied to over multiple days but best buy support that it was being delivered and they continually blamed Metro for delivery issues. DO NOT buy online from Best buy, in person might be better but I cannot speak to their support

I honestly thought this location was closing, but they tell me this is just the norm: a roomful of half- to completely-empty shelves, punctated by bored/embarrassed sales reps wishing they had merch to sell. They had exactly nothing I came for.guess it's back to Amazon. Why open a store and not bother to stock it?

Very bad dealing with the customers. If we don’t know anything about a particular product and if we seek help they says, you have to do by yourself and the customers are helpless

I was finding a charger for my laptop and asked for help from Mr. Mahmood. He replied so gently and got me with the charger. Not only this, when I went to Mr. Richard for testing of my laptop charger, he too guided me well regarding power and watt requirements and even though when Mahmood left me with Richard, he still contacted me to know if I have been helped or not, I mean this is the rarest experience seen these days. 10/10 to both for excellent customer service.

Purchased a $700 Samsung TV. The warranty ran out after 12 months and the TV will not turn on after 18 months. They are zero help and just tell me to call Samsung. And Samsung will not help. I got a quote to fix it and the cost will be $1100. What a joke. I will never buy Samsung again or from BestBuy. It will only be electronics from Costco going forward.

I never had any problem replacing my screen protector with the Best Buy Preston crossing branch. The only reason we went to this branch was because they run out of the film I need. So unfortunate of me, they won't replace it unless I can bring the broken screen protector back. I have never been asked of this at the other store. As long as I can provide the receipt they had always replaced it. But this branch won't. The customer service staff are so inconsiderate and unfriendly. Never have I told to bring back broken screen film protector ever. I will never recommend this branch ever nor I will buy anything from this branch anymore. Best buy Preston crossing staff are more considerate and accommodating.
