Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

We always stay here when in the city. The rooms have kitchenettes. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast is usually good. It goes from 6 to 930am.we haven't had breakfast yet this time. We are on the 4th floor and so far it is quiet.
The wifi works well. The room isn't too stuffy. The a/c works well and not too noisy. The staff today were very nice. We needed an extra towel and it was no problem. There is tons of parking. Feels safe here. There is a pool & spa. The fitness room on the 2nd floor will get used. So nice to have. Also our first time trying out the lounge in this hotel and we're very happily surprised. Staff was friendly. Food came quickly and was proper temperature. We really enjoyed our meal. Great menu and prices. There was hockey to watch for my husband and some guys were testing their luck on the vlt's. The seating is varied and comfortable. We will be back! Plus they have a nescafe machine in the entrance area near the pretty Xmas tree. It has choices of coffee, americano & different hot chocolates and Cafe mocha. We love this location because it is easy on/off of circle drive. Highly recommend.

Great pace to stay in Saskatoon. Clean, nice rooms, fitness facility, hot tub, and pool. Little pub which is nice when you don't have to drive. Best of all, there is a super nice lady that runs the breakfast area during the week. She's friendly, helps all the seniors, and is constantly bussing the tables and making sure everything is topped up. Regulars are always visiting with her. I made a comment to the manager on my last trip, she is exceptional.

Great service, seems like a fairly new (ish) hotel although the tub in our room was all scratched up and rusty? ! But overall felt relatively clean, bed comfortable, quiet, staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms are bright and spacious.has a hot tub, which we are finding is more rare these days for some reason? !
Best part about this hotel? THE BREAKFAST! 10 stars for this "free" hotel breakfast. We usually skip the "free" breakfast at hotels because they are horrible. The staff that run this breakfast bar are amazing. They clean constantly, they are friendly, and they keep the warm food coming. The food selection is unreal everything from taost, muffins, pastries, cereal, to oatmeal, to waffles (but they are way better than any other hotel waffle.), toppings GALORE for the oatmeal & waffles, different types of egg/meat/potatoes - everyday its a new 'menu' with plenty of topping options for the eggs which I LOVE (Like tomatoes, green onions, salsa, hot sauce! I have been to a lot of hotels and if you must eat at a public, buffet style breakfast (which usually makes me want to run.) this one is worth it. Shout out to the staff.you are simply amazing

Quiet hotel.nicely kept, friendly staff. The pool was very clean and the location is close to the airport, farmers market and main roads.

Hotel staffs are nice and friendly but room was poorly sound proofed and wasn’t cleaned properly.

They do not return the things that are forgotten in the room, I called many times because I forgot a very expensive personal object and they agreed to call to give me a reason and I am still waiting for the call.

Hallways and elevator was filthy. Rooms are poorly sound proofed for adjacent and upper rooms, hallway and traffic noise. Check in staff seemed disinterested in providing any friendly reception. One issue required the intervention of the manager on duty, and while some effort was made to rectify an issue, they fell short of basic expectation. They claim to have high standards and always say they try their best in these reviews, but don't be fooled. They don't really care for anything other than your money. This shows quite well at this hotel for cleanliness. I can't wait to see their response to my review as they dodge accountability quite well

. Nice hotel.beautiful room.bed was ok not the most comfortable.but a very loud area of the city and not insulated in a way to block out sound.

Stayed there this month. Had a gawd awful noise coming from the HVAC unit every 20 minutes (unit was turned off). It started later in the evening and went through the night otherwise we would have changed rooms. Upon checkout we notified the front desk who downplayed the noise until we showed them our video. We requested a call back from the Manager but never received one. We completed the post-stay survey and the Manager finally got back to us with their cookie cutter response and no action. Would not recommend this hotel for the simple fact that Management was useless addressing our concerns. I sincerely hope the next guests didn't have to deal with the noise.

Very clean hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. Good food at the continental breakfast. Quiet atmosphere and a great sleep.

I have stayed here twice and the staff are amazing and the free breakfast and "pub" are delicious. But both times I stayed I can hear everything happening in the room above me, the rooms are not quiet and it can be hard to sleep. But the price is reasonable and as long as you dont mind disturbed sleep it worth the stay.

Amaze to find a nice comfy Hotel, service excellent and the atmosphere wow!
