Best Western Plus East Side

Called the front desk just to ask if they take debit. Was told they were dealing with a customer and would call me back and asked for my name and number. Ignoring that it would have been quicker to just say "yes" or "no", that was 22 hours ago. Still haven't gotten a phone call back yet.

Stayed here this summer, we live in the city and enjoyed a little stay cation to get away from stress. Came to check in Dec 27th and we are told we can't stay here that our booking is completely (invalid) thst you can't stay here if you live in the city.i'm now sitting with my two kids in the lobby while on the phone to head office. I recommend staying at any other hotel in the city. The front desk workers were so rude and like robots. Truly atrocious!
responding to your reply no as i said we stayed there in the summer and in no way was it communicated, but luckily the holiday inn hotel on college was more than hospitable lots of great hotels in the city just not yours!

This is one of the nicest BW we've stayed in. Rooms are beautiful, and even had door bells. Freaking cool! Lol the staff was friendly, breakfast had everything we love about BW breakfasts and location is great. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean nice room. They also have electric charger underground parking. Felt safe parking there. Also complimentary breakfast was good.

Probably one of my best hotel experiences this year - I would highly recommend it. The front desk staff were exemplary and housekeeping staff were lovely. The hotel was very clean and it seems quite new overall (plus the beds were soooo comfortable). Decent fitness room (two bikes, two treadmills, one elliptical, assisted weight machine) and the pool looked nice (fairly big slide). The breakfast was phenomenal - something different each day for my first five days. Always a meat, egg, and potato, and what was offered would vary each day. Hashbrowns, tater tots, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, egg muffins, breakfast sausages, sausage patties, ham, bacon, etc. Plus there were waffle machines, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, and juice each day. My favourite was the coffee machine, and the café mocha option became my obsession. The laundry room was fine - $2 to wash and $1 to dry. Didn't have any issues with internet connectivity the entire time.

Nice location. It's off of a fairly busy road and I did hear a decent amount of traffic, but it doesn't bug me - just be wary if you are a light sleeper. Aside from that, LOVED the location. Right across the street from Centre Mall and the Cineplex, just a turn away from hopping onto Circle Drive to get around the city, and a decent amount of food options nearby.

It also has free underground parking, which was very much appreciated. Most of my colleagues stayed at other hotels and they were very jealous about this feature haha.

The hotel itself was fantastic, but again, the staff were just amazing. By far some of the kindest hotel staff I have encountered while traveling for business. Plus they had to deal with a really big hockey group that resulted in tons of kids (probably around grade 7 or so, plus younger siblings) all over the hotel, but they were very kind and professional while also balancing the needs of other guests.

This is the nicest hotel in Saskatoon for your money. It has it all great location, underground parking and the best breakfast. Pool and hot tub. Nice big spacious rooms. The breakfast has several options and a specialized coffee machine! Staff are amazing I highly recommend.

Couldn't ask for a better hotel. Room was very nice and clean on arrival, front desk attendants were very pleasant and helpful, breakfast has a lot of options. Definitely will be staying here again the next time I roll through Stoon.

Overall, not the best experience from a BW. From partying guests to the room attendant coming in at 7am to clean? As she knocked once and proceeded to enter the room as we were sleeping.

Super clean and nice rooms. 10 foot ceilings and no carpets! No room carpets! Free breakfast was great. Decent sized flat-screen TV. Quiet room. Never a bad sleep. Great hot water and water pressure in the shower.

It was okay. You are on 8th street which is okay. Big window at the pool had silver tape that you use for ducts. Bit sketchy. Our sink was plugged as well. I would just find a bed and breakfast unless your in a bind

Front desk service was poor, waiting for room to be ready, asked for a courtesy call back never received one!

Services from the staff were amazing, could no complaints about it, but just 1 point that cannot make 5 star, we found hair on corner of washbasin, long one to be honest, but overall it’s recommended to stay here

I personally did not stay here but have had several friends that have. All said very clean and comfortable.
No noise. Great food.

We spent a week here in February. Chose this hotel because it has underground parking for those very cold winter days, an excellent breakfast offering, and a reasonable location to get around the city. The rooms are reasonable size as are the bathrooms. Clean and well lit. Beds are comfortable, microwave, fridge, coffee maker all worked. Fridge was on the warm side of cool and turned to it’s coldest setting. Two elevators at opposite ends of hotel both of which go to the parking garage. Parking garage has decent spaces but can be tight for three vehicles between the support pillars. There are two spaces for EV vehicles with chargers. Hot tub, Pool, water slide all seem to be well maintained. Chlorine is sometimes on the strong side. Breakfast offers both Hot and Cold items with a good selection. If you arrive late some items may not be available. This is probably a 4+ facility. It is a good place to stay.

We were in room 112 and I would suggest asking for a different room. Until about 230am I was unable to sleep due to the sound of someone running around upstairs, possibly the noise of someone on the stairs. It started again at 530am. It was not a restful night.
Otherwise the pool was nice, fitness room was small but functional, breakfast was to be expected for best western with adequate gluten free option though not fantastic for gluten free.
If I’m another room I suspect the rating would be better
