Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites

Dried, crusted, residual human fluid on night stand! I’m considering reporting this to health authority. It’s white so three guesses. So much for Covid cleaning! Central bed-side light switch completely missing. Open electrical. Wires sticking between floor carpet and running under head board, crushed into floor. Must say the front desk gentleman was amazing and the highlight of this hotel stay.

Always stay at this hotel when in town for work. Never had any issues, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly.

Our mobility room was excellent! The shower and shower chair were just what I needed after a long stressful drive in the blizzard. The only downside I found was the hair dryer didn’t work in the bathroom plugs and I had to use at desk with no mirror. Breakfast was good.

Rooms are new. Bed is comfortable and great pillows. The pool and water park is great for kids

One of the best " best western" hotels I have stayed in so far. It's very clean, contemporary and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is served fresh and hot. If you are in Regina, then I highly recommend considering this hotel for your stay.

Very friendly front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast that came with the room. Did not have a chance to use the pool or hot tub. Water slide as well.

Amazing stay.the staff are all so friendly, going above and beyond to make the stay as enjoyable as it was. Room service, Svitlana was amazing, she was very helpful and cleaned our room fast and got me an extra blanket.the front desk everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was above and beyond! Great hotel, clean, very comfortable beds.
We visited with someone in the wheelchair and they provided a chair for the shower.
You won't regret it, we will be back for sure!

It is just okay. Rooms don't worth the price; quite expensive as compare to other hotels in town and dark rooms.

Staff is friendly. Hot breakfast was great. Room was clean and the bathroom was big. Pool and waterslide is nice for young kids. The proximity to the highway makes the rooms facing that side a bit noisy. Would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last week. We checked in on Saturday. First and foremost we brought our dog with us and we understand that certain rooms are designated pet friendly. The room we were originally going to be put in smelled of dog urine masked with strong air freshener. Thankfully the hotel staff was accommodating and changed our rooms for us to a nicer smelling room for the weekend. However the staff member looked a little unpleased with my request and did not say much when I thanked her before heading to our room. Later I got a notification that my credit card spending limit was almost exceeded and checked my account to find out that I was charged twice! Almost a week later the charge is still not back onto my credit card and it’s still showing that my spending limit is almost exceeded. Had I been a family relying on my credit card to get through the days I would be screwed. The charge for the two night stay has been taken from my account but it’s still showing a pending transaction for that second charge. We were thankful that we were given a cleaner and better smelling room as our dog is not a dirty pet, he’s well trained but to still be waiting for that second charge to be put back onto my credit card is ridiculous. I hope this is resolved soon!

This time the Breakfast was very good. The front desk was helpful and professional. The hottub has been Luke warm for weeks. But the pool and slide are good. I couldnt use the poolside shower it was too hot. Lol. Maybe shower in your rooms before coming down.

Usually stay here when travelling for business. Always get what I expect, efficient check in, clean room, ok price and close to amenities. Staff was pleasant but not overly so. Also breakfast is a bonus but I rarely get the chance to use it.

Excellent facilities, personable staff, great amenities and cleanliness. The free breakfast was a pleasant addition and our 2 & 5 year old loved the pool and waterslide. Will definitely choose this hotel if we are In Regina again.
