Best Western Plus Estevan Inn & Suites

Rooms are decent.

Was told at booking that pool would be open and upon check in was told the pool was closed.

Breakfast is sad, even the bread is gross for basic toast.

Estevan has way better options.

Rooms are older, need some renovations, rooms are clean. Beds are good. Rooms are bigger with higher celings then newer hotels

This hotel has seen better days and is showing it’s wear and tear. Our room was an accessible room although not requested. The shower leaked all over the floor! The AC in the room has to be set to very cold, 66° and freezing, in order to get the room cooled down, anything higher and the room was humid and warm. No restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel is starting to show its age.
I have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times in the last year for work I have noticed nothing gets fixed or updated.
The outer front doors don’t work, Even in the middle of winter.
The flys at the front counter make you feel like you in some third world country and the A/C is never on in the front entrance area making you feel gross, also not to mention the pool is still out of order.
The wifi is horrible and has been horrible for the past year.
The baseboard tiles are falling off in every room I have stayed in.
The shower curtain are very old and need to be replaced.
And the tv channel selection is very poor.
Next time I come to Estevan for work I will be looking for a different hotel to stay at.

In spite of the fact that this hotels has a great shower, comfortable beds and clean rooms I will not be staying here again. The WIFI was horrible! Can barely use a web browser - you can forget trying to use Teams to make a call.

Pool was under renovation so little disappointed. But it's good they are keeping up with the place.

We had a great experience at the Best Western Plus Inn. Probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We were there Friday the 28th and stayed till the 30th in July. The general manager was very nice when we checked in and there were 2 other front desk staff that we saw during our time there and both were super nice and friendly anytime we came in or left. On Sunday morning, Kuntal was very eager to help and very personable. Absolutely loved our stay here based on the amazing customer service:)

Front desk service was friendly, generous and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. Online pictures show double queen room with a sofa bed, but this is incorrect... Only the double queen suite has a sofa bed. We appreciated the early breakfast (5-9) ; great (and a rare find!) for travelling and/or early morning sports games.

After a 9.5 hour drive to get to Canada I was greeted by Wendi who is such a lovely soul. Rooms are clean, plenty of pillows, comfy bed. Breakfast has some nice options and starts at 5am for the early risers.

Probably the best - best western I've ever seen, and I live out of hotels every summer!

A pleasant and clean hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Standard breakfast, and when the bread and bagels run out, there is no refill. Too bad

Silent and clean hotel. Regular cleaning, even if doesn't seem necessary. Very attentive staff to everyone and in a noisy environment when you need to serve a lot of people. Good coffee ;)

My partner and I were originally heading down to Deadwood, but after our vehicle started acting up we decided to stay in Estevan for the night. From the moment we arrived, the service here was phenomenal! We opted to spoil ourselves with a Jacuzzi suite (which you cannot find for less anywhere else!), and the service from Lana at the front desk was the best we've had anywhere! And we travel ALOT! From the yummy cookies in the lobby, to the BEST buffet breakfast we've literally ever had (homemade potatoes hashbrowns mm), extremely clean room, comfortable beds, amazing pillows! The pub next door is so convenient and serves great food! Despite our original trip plans changing, this hotel and their staff turned our moods completely around and we are so happy we decided to stay here. 5 stars and thanks again Lana for the exceptional service!

Housekeeping is not very diligent in checking that all the amenities in the room works. (Lamps, tv, shower, etc)
There is only a shower to use, no bathtub.
The beds were comfy,
The hot breakfast on the weekends opens at 8. Doesn't work for people who have to get up and on the road early. Weekdays, it is supposed to open at 5.
I wish I could give the hotel. 5 stars as that is what I rate it as 2.5 stars

Clean, modern hotel, close to amenities. Room was clean and huge. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the pool and hot tub were closed and the room lacked USB charging ports that most other hotels have in the lamp bases.

The rooms were clean and well stocked with amenities. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were both very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The location is great, with a pub, gas station and other restaurants within walking distance.

Worst stay I've ever experienced anywhere. If you are there to party, this is the place for you. If you are there with your family and require sleep.don't bother. I was put on the hospitality floor. I didn't realize this meant it turned into a bar in the evening past 11pm. Most hotels require a quiet period after 11pm. I was told the screaming, partying and door banging was encouraged as they were celebrating. The manager was condescending when I stated I have never experienced such a thing. After some complaints they gave us a different room to catch a few hours of sleep. When I spoke to her the next day, she tried to make things better AFTER I asked for a contact of the owner. While I appreciate I didn't pay for my second night and it would be reimbursed, it would of been nice to just be warned. I didnt request a refund or anything in compensation yet would of appreciated some understanding instead of being told that I chose the room (I didn't) We left exhausted and feeling unwell. Why would I be put beside a separate team that was a party room? No one would agree to that. The rest of our group was on a completely different floor.

We also got to make our pull out bed on the first night as it wasn't made. Oddly our door was slightly open when we checked in. The pool was closed (the person who blocked the rooms wasn't told). However the front desk gentleman was kind and friendly. The room was clean besides making the one bed.

All in all.skip this hotel if you want a restful weekend. Or at least be asked to put on a quiet floor. I always assumed quiet time was a given from 11 pm to 7 am.apparently not.
