Best Western Plus Kindersley Hotel

Great place to stay, the breakfast is fresh and tasty. The front desk lady who helped me when I lost my card repeatedly, and the room attendant “Ryleigh” who made sure we had a fresh room everyday. Thank you for the great service and I look forward to my next stay here in Kindersley

Overall great experience. Friendly staff, room was very clean as was the hotel itself. Bed was super comfy and the breakfast was great. Will stay here again.

Super clean, above average breakfast with high-end latte/expresso machine in lobby. Well equiped gym and a Montana's right next door that had a 20% off coupon for hotel guests.

Credit card machine didn't work half hour check in.lady at the desk kept say it was the card not the machine till proven wrong

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were comfortable and had everything that we needed. The best feature at this hotel is the coffee machine in the lobby! It’s great to be able to customize, French vanilla, mocha, etc…This is a game changer as I would pick this hotel over another based on the fact they have this machine HaHa The staff were kind and helpful as we were here for a funeral, they allowed our group to congregate in the breakfast room so we could watch a hockey game and eat some snacks and just be together as a family. I’m sure we were very loud and annoying…. We want you to know that your kindness was very much appreciated as you allowed us to create some more unforgettable memories.:)

Stayed here for 4 days room cleaning left a lot to desire retuned to my room on the first day and was surprised it was not cleaned realised that my recycling was removed and my used towel was gone but nothing was clean and the bed was not made. Also on check in I didn't receive my complimentary drink bottle

We availed room with jacuzzi and it was so perfect, they also offer complimetary buffet breakfast and it was so good we've ate a lot. All the staffs were also accommodating.

Decent budget hotel with good sized rooms and comfy beds. It was very quiet during our stay. The included breakfast was pretty tasty with eggs, sausages and waffles in addition to the standard dry cereal and pastries.

This place was so noisy, you'd get a better sleep in your car on the side of the highway. NEVER again would I stay here.

Amazing rooms, and the staff was quite nice. The only problem I had was the pool… It was cloudy and there was gross stuff floating around such as a large beetle and a bandage. The hot tub was awful. Felt more like a warm bath, looked like it had been peed in, and smelt awful. The breakfast selection was nice.

Didn't get the room we reserved because the cleaning staff didn't clean it. We were downgraded into a room with 1 queen bed with a A/C that didnt work for our family of 4 and it did not look like it was cleaned either as a pillow was missing and there was a towel on the floor. Had one of the worst sleeps of my life because it was on the floor. After complaining the next day they gave us $50 off our room. After writing a bad review they gave us a full refund for our night stay. These are the facts of what happened to us but I dont think most people experience this. I think we are the rare occasion where there is a mess up and I am glad they did call to rectify the situation which shows that they care about the customer experience. I hope that in the future that either the cleaning crew needs to clean all empty rooms or that their online booking from their website is better. If we had seen that no rooms were ready we would have tried to stay somewhere else, but again I am sure this is not the regular customer experience and if you are thinking of staying here it is one of the best hotels in Kindersley and their breakfast was fully of variety.

Been staying there a long time for work and the new manager is terrible. ROOM DONT GET CLEAN AT ALL FOR 4 DAYS! It disgusting and I can't believe they treat there daimond members like that.

We were there for a sledge hockey tournament and the staff was very accomadating and helpful.we had a pizza party in the confrence room and they were helpful and very nice.we will be back every November.thank you from The Calgary Sledge association.

So many nice things to say about this place. Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. King size room with full kitchen is clean and spacious and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, utensils, glasses. The Keurig coffee machine with coffee and tea pods is great. Love that they provide a dispenser in the bath with shampoo, conditioner and body wash rather than those itty bitty bottles and used bars of soap that get thrown out after each guest. Other bathroom supplies include mouthwash, facial soap, lotion, sewing kit and a make up remover wipe. Facecloths are coloured rather than white so no makeup stains left behind. Breakfast is included every morning and it's pretty impressive. The selection varies everyday but so far I have seen scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, breakfast wraps, hash browns, tater tots, bacon, sausage, DIY Belgian waffles, bagels, muffins, breads, cereals, yogurt, fruit, berries, coffee, tea, juice, milk. Fresh cookies are waiting at the front desk for guests every afternoon. Strong WiFi, pool and hot tub, work out room, electrified parking, business centre, meeting room, and coin-op laundry facilities are a few more amenities provided that make this place a pretty complete package. I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here and will recommend it to anyone who asks.

Rooms are big and clean. Morning breakfast has lots of selection and is great quality. This is our go to hotel when passing through town.

The hotel is quite new, and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous. There were a fair number of guys staying there for whom the request to scrape their boots was very relevant, and some of them got a bit rowdy outside in the middle of the night, but aside from that, no complaints.

THE place to stay on a long journey. Fantastic rooms, great pool/hot tub, and the fitness centre is a proper fitness facility (not just a couple pieces of cardio equipment). Breakfast in the morning is awesome as well. We'll be back.

Hotel location is close to all amenities. Nice clean rooms with decent staff.

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now and the only complaint I have is the internet. It is absolutely some of the worst internet I have experienced with hotels. Even if you hardwire it is still terrible. Definitely needs an upgrade. Like a serious upgrade.

Newer hotel in Kindersley, I've tried the others and this one has the best rooms. Staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. You get some free snacks if your a Best Western Member. Which I am

The rooms are nice, fairly quiet, decent beds. But the hot tub has been out of service since the first day we checked in, now on day 4. The staff don't know the reason why, or tell us different stories when we would enquire when the hot tub will open. Disappointing.

Quite disappointed with my first night stay. Hockey team was smoking in staircase and leaving the outside door open as well as very noisy with a party and making noise till 5: 00 am. Complained front desk, tried to move but no rooms available. Second night hockey team is gone, so hopefully everything will go back to normal. Learned my lesson never stay on the main level. I found the staff at the front desk not very helpful as I attempted to move from the main floor today. I find my stay in Estevan a much better friendlier experience with Best Western staff.
