Big Wing's

Went in there and ordered two orders of ribs. Got two orders of burnt wings doused in so much sauce I could barely see the wings! Two very unhappy kids! Will never order from there again!

Literally ordered the mini perogies which are always a hit besides i asked for extra sour cream twice and said id pay extra and never got it. Then ordered the boneless bites with corelones capo sauce which look normal and then comes the boneless bites with honey dill and hot sauce, or should i say honey dill with hot sauce and a SIDE of boneless bites because this is absolutely disgusting. I have ordered the exact same honey dill and hot sauce boneless bites 3 times now and it has never once arrived like this… it LITERALLY IS SOUP. I dont even need to point out which is which, you will know when u see it….

Well we ordered and at 65 for 4 orders of wings that were very poor in flavour. We have decided that wings are best to order in the restaurant or bar these days. Quite disappointed and driver was about 1.5 hrs. So not to good either.

We ordered delivery of a late night snack of wings, boneless ribs, deep fried Mars bars, and some weird perogy things. The ribs were so salty they were inedible, the wings way over cooked, the dough on the deep fry food was oddly sour, and I’ve been sick as a dog ever since eating the tiny bit I had to try. Never again.

They sent me the wrong order then after nearly an hour of waiting they demanded a $5 surcharge to deliver the correct order. The wings were mediocre at best.

I ordered them off of Skip. They took alittle over an hour to get here even though it's about a 13-minute drive. I'm not sure if this is the average, considering Skip said 30-45 minutes. They handle their own deliveries. The person who showed up had a passenger who was vaping in the car. I was alittle unsure having my food in such an environment. I'm not planning on ordering again anytime soon. But I would not be aposed to a personal pick up order.

Tried calling 3 times to place an order for pick up. No answer. Excuse me? I don't want to sit there and wait for 20 minutes. I want to order then drive there and it be ready when I get there. What kind of business doesn't answer their phone? An unprofessional one that's what.

You cant even get through to make an order! No one there knows how to answer! Guess they dont wanna make make money! What a joke

Amazing service. Not sure if we messed up the order online or if it was a mistake on their end, however they happily replaced and delivered in under half an hour with the correct wings and sauce! Got to try dry ribs in sauce which was unexpected but very suprised with the quality, moist, tender and no fat. Employees on the phone were kind and delivery drivers were kind and efficient!

Only place I order wings from. Fair priced and a huge variety of flavours to choose from. My fav is the Frankie Chi Chi.

Should call it small wings.my half order looked like 3 wings I mean 5 wings is all I wanted but looked more like 3 ‍️ usually fills me up

Last time we ordered the lemon pepper wings were inedible.wayyyyyy to much seasoning; we also paid for a lg gravy and only got a small. Thought we'd give them another go; ordered combo 4 and were missing a whole order of wings. Called and they said they'd make us our wings for pick up again (keep in mind we live 15 mins out of town) hubby drove back into the city to pick up comes home only to find out it was the wrong wings. Got some kind of red saucy soggy wings.definitely were NOT the dry dusted ones we ordered.

Poor waited hour and 20 mins then called was put on hold then told delivery driver had my wings out already then had to call back at 2 hours in as I was once again on the phone with them driver finally pulled up. I kindly asked for discount for how long it took she blew me off finally opened my wings and I ordered many orders but one was suppose to be hickory and they had no sauce!

Ordered almost over 50$ worth of food from here on skip the dishes. (Keep in mind the restaurant controls their own delivery) and I waited over an hour or so for my food. Went to check the app to see when it would be arriving approximately and it said it had been delivered already. Didn’t receive my food nor didn’t receive a CONFIRMATION call when they were outside.which it specifies on the notes to call. I live in an apartment building that’s what I specify just to make sure this kind of situation doesn’t happen. People can claim it’s them who ordered, take the food of a random is sitting outside.etc. If the driver isn’t making sure the right order is going to the actual person who paid and ordered. I was going to call the restaurant before notifying skip the dishes to rectify the situation once I relalized what had happened and The restaurant was closed. Thank god skip refunded me. What is wrong with the delivery drivers? ! This has happened TWICE. Once with ordering through the restaurant directly and now with skip. And like I said keep in mind.this restaurant manages their OWN DELIVERY.

TERRIBLE! Writing this review while waiting for my order. The first time I ordered here, they delivered two houses down so I had to walk there only to find out they made a mistake on my order. I gave it back to them. Today I ordered again to give them another chance but Its been 2 hours and 16 mins since I ordered. Called them half an hour ago, they said they will be here in 10 mins. Its been half an hour! I called them again, they said they will be here in 15 mins. Im okay with waiting but 2 hours for 2 orders of wings? WTH! Never again

The employees at both locations are extremely unprofessional. They put you on hold as soon as you call and never pick up after. Every time I order wings from either location I wait over 45 minutes to an hour and the wings are cold when you finally get them so the order is obviously sitting in the back for a while. I would give negative 1000 stars if I could

My friend went today and they won’t let u in without a mask. All restrictions have been lifted today. I won’t support this buisness.
