I called to order flowers for a friend for her birthday. I’m young but I’m old school, I like to talk to someone on the phone. I don’t want to order online. The lady that answered the phone was not friendly at all. She said “what do you want” I explained, she did not answer me. I said “hello” as I thought the call dropped. She rudely said “yeah I am here. ” I told her my business seemed like an inconvenience, told her to have a nice day and hung up. I immediately called a different flower shop that was friendly and very helpful.

The first step to gaining someone’s business is how you great and treat the customer. I did not get her name as she did not say it on the phone when she answered.
