I'd like to express my gratitude to Mo in sales for his exceptional professionalism, patience, and top-notch customer service. He truly went above and beyond to make my car-buying experience outstanding. Mo's dedication and expertise stood out, making this a memorable experience. He definitely deserves a promotion as no other Sales person in Saskatoon or Regina I met or talked was close to his customer service and proactive approach! I'd also like to acknowledge Laura in finance at Triple Seven Chrysler for her contribution in streamlining the process as well.

I recently had an interaction with a sales manager at BMW, BK Woldu, that left me disappointed. I felt that Mr. Woldu was not professional and displayed disrespectful behavior. In fact, he abruptly ended our call while I was still speaking. I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, my experience with BK Woldu did not meet those expectations.

Worst place ever to take your car to be repaired. They over charge you for work Do work that isn't required. Install the wrong parts and will not warranty thier work. Do not take your car there for service

Jordan the service advisor is great! Very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Great representative.

Don’t tell you that they don’t have the part in stock and that they don’t have any courtesy vehicles available until late in the day, making it extremely difficult to make other arrangements (even though the appointment for that specific service had been booked 4 days prior with no mention the part wasn’t in stock)

Terrible customer service. My wife booked a service 3 weeks in advance. Requested a loaner vehicle because we live out of town, and had a day full of errands planned. Got a call 1 day before the scheduled service stating we will not have access to a loaner vehicle. So now after my wife and myself have both taken time off work, we are expected to sit at the dealership and wait until our vehicle is done. The lack of communication was shocking. Why they waited so long to let us know is disrespectful. I will not be giving this dealership any of my business. We will be taking our vehicle to a place that cares, and treats the customers respectfully.

Every year, I have the oil changed in my BMW while I wait. The service is great and the waiting room is comfortable. Everything works very well.

It seems like other brands doesn't have any value when it comes to trade.

From start to finish these guys and gals are awesome. Sales is more then welcoming and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for me, with the test drive, they let me take the car over night to make confirm it was really for me. Financing was really easy to deal with. The most important part is the service. Incredible service, unlike other dealerships they remember you, you're not just a number. When i brought my car in for an oil change the Manager, BK actually came to sit and have a conversation with me, asked how the vehicle and life was. Its all the little things that make this place great. I've never had such great service dealing with a dealership. Keep up the great work!

Inspection for my vehicle purchased from them was not done properly.
11 months later, when i moved to a different province and had to get an inspection done, the inspector said that the tires have dry rot on them. Considering i put 20000 km on my vehicle in the 11 months of owning the vehicle, it had to be in that condition before i purchased the vehicle.

On top of that, they lack empathy and try to push you off once the sale is done.

I would recommend to not trust their inspection report and get a third party inspection done before finalizing your deal.

Don't bother going to these guys unless you have no other choice. They will over charge you for parts they won't put on your vehicle and then throw hidden none disclosed charges at you when you try to return something they most inconviently made me prepay for out of pocket. Then was pushed off to other specialty shops warning me about this needless to say they don't have very good general customer service. Especially when they committed a disservice.plus on top of that said they completed work that didn't actually get done. Totally offended and not happy with how I was treated.

We are very happy with our purchase at this dealer and we’d like to give special thank to Dave Smith for all the time he helped us find a perfect vehicle. Dave has a broad knowledge about BMW vehicles, explain to us all details/tips & tricks; he is very patient and quickly response to our questions, even helped us with last minute request, even treat our almost 1 year-old X3 MSport vehicle like a brand new one with a big red bow waiting for us, made us feel very special, etc, highly recommended! We'd also like to thank Jaret, finance manager, very helpful and clearly stated all options for us to choose…. And of course all mechanics/staffs that make our vehicle so clean, sparkling and run smoothly! THANK YOU

Just purchased a used BMW from Dave Smith, strong recommend. He is very knowledgeable and can understand the need from customers in a professional way. He helped us find one that we have been looking for. And he has patient to address all of your concerns. Even printed 20 pages of vehicle history for me to read through. Hope the vehicle is reliable. BMW Regina has always been 5 since I purchased my first vehicle with them. I’ve never met another sales person like Ray Mah. He is the best and always looks out for his clients. His care and concern to detail is beyond excellent. Also, the service department is top notch.

Couples of days ago, there was a problem with my vehicle‘s engine because of extreme cold whether, and parked outside also. My vehicle is too sensitive to let the engine working well. It seems like blocked the engine and I guess it would protect my engine as well. I was upset and called Timothy right away. He helped me call the service department ahead of time. And when I arrived BMW, there was a guy I didn't even ask his name, he said hi to me and asked how he can help me. Then Robert serviced me and helped to get the key from my vehicle to check the info noted on the screen. Robert nicely explained the problem afterwards and check feedback a few days later.
Anyway, it's a very good service.

Dave Smith was a great BMW team member and we were so happy with how he worked with us during our dream vehicle purchase. Dave was extremely courteous, answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome from the minute we met.
At no time did we ever feel rushed while we were dealing with Dave. Thank you for everything and your willing to go the extra mile to complete our sale. As a satisfied and pleased customer, we will definitely return for future business!

Staff was excellent, with a nice inventory. Although I purchased a car elsewhere, I would still recommend this dealership.
