Boston Pizza

Usually good service but the last time I was there was awful. The girl with the glasses should not be waitress, worst service ever. She called the cops on my family, no tip for sure. Never coming back.

A typical BP's and you get and know what to expect, which is fine. I was curious to see if my favorite BP pizza was the same as back home, and it was! Consistent quality is a good thing! Server was engaging. Would definitely return if in MJ next time.

Stayed shortly at a hotel near by and ordered some food.
Found 2 bugs in my salad. Called for a refund. They said they can't do a refund because of "the way I paid", which is by credit card (?). So I offered to drive there for a refund and they said they could come ba k to give me a gift certificate instead. I agreed even tho I think it's crazy I can't get a refund after finding BUGS in my meal and didnt eat any of it.
Delivery guy showed up with a 5$ coupon. What a joke.
Be aware of those kitchen everyone.

When my daughter went here with her team, they got there at 7: 45pm and got their food at 9pm! Terrible service and I do not recommend! Also the waiter said to my daughter, after she asked for the check to “be patient and wait! ” Not cool at all, 0/10.

Everyone at BP’s is great. Rob is a very exceptional bartender. The guy is quick, efficient and super friendly. It was super busy tonight and he still managed to strike up a quick conversation. Awesome guy for sure!

You always get the same friendly service at all Boston Pizza's that I've ever been at least. Very good fresh food. Definitely worth a try

Our lacrorosse team popped in for a lunch today between games, and if I could choose more stars I would! The service on all levels was fantastic, fast, and friendly! We had 14 boys between 8 and 11 and then all their parents and families, and the server took the time with every single one of the kids. They all got exactly what they ordered, and even when our team was a little roudy, the server smiled and kept on working hard. It was also nice to see managers supporting their staff, smiling, being friendly, and being such great role models. Thanks so much for a great meal and experience!

The staffs are accomodating and friendly. My husband order a steak, he does not like it. I order salad which is okay. And my kids order the chicken fillet and fries, the kids did not finish because the chicken taste spicy, they just eat the fries

Bartender rob gave excellent service! Made sure my drinks we always topped up and remembered me and my drink of choice!

The tables in the lounge were full. I had to sit at the bar. Unbeknownst to me this was going to be the best thing that ever happened. Rob the bartender was friendly, personable, and not at all hard on the eyes. As a single guest to a well known establishment. I felt like the only customer that mattered. I highly recommend sitting at the bar top when Rob is tending bar!

Sitting at the bar with Rob was more like watching the movie cocktail with Tom Cruise, except Rob was a better bartender then Mr. Flannigan. Highly recommend being at the bar when Rob is there serving

The order was missing the side, gave me broccoli, instead of spaghetti bolanaise. Wasn't very impressed, 24.00 for one piece of chicken and 2oz broccoli. Follow up! Kelly fixed everything and made it right, thanks will be back! Nice to see that there are still businesses that realize you work hard for your money and treat you with the same respect that they would appreciate from you. Good job Kelly and staff, you have earned my respect and, I look forward to trying your seasonal menu, merry Christmas, and all the best in the new year!

First time in moose jaw and i stopped here for food and drinks. I sat at the bar and met Rob, what an extraordinary, polite, quality bartender - not to mention easy on the eyes.thanks Rob.

Came for a team supper this weekend after our hockey game. Staff was amazing, allowed us to have the kids in the dining room and the parents in the lounge so that we could fit everyone in. They took care of us well. Food and drinks were great. Thank you!

Lone bartender trying to service full bar and patio. Alone. No servers in sight. Almost 25min to order Ceasar salad. Seriously?

Service was great, Calamari not so much, looked like all the scrapes from the bottom of the bag, yuk.

Harvest is busy season everyone knows. I literally made a note on the order to have lot of napkins and cutlery because we are taking out the food to a field.
I didn’t look I trusted the workers. Got out to the field and there were no cutlery neither napkins. We literally can’t eat our supper because how do you eat noodles with hand?

Got absolutely amazing service and they food met standards. Staff was great with my kids as well. Would definitely recommend to parents and will definitely go back.

Service was excellent the food was average, fries Luke warm, beef a little bit chewy. (The Big Dipper). Draught Beer selection poor all larger except Rickards Red.

Food is always good. Service was a bit slow to start - but she was very attentive once we got started.

Ordered takeout. Food was hot, ready on time, and good portions. Great customer service on pick up.

Pizza bread with meat sauce, cheese and salt and pepper wings. Wash it all down with a very well made Caesar then top it all off with a lightening show. Service was very good. Food cooked to perfection. Very clean. Choice Hotel next door and with room key 10 percent off. Will be back

Wanted something good to eat on Saturday and I thought I picked the right place but I didn’t. We phoned our order in and the lady on the phone was really polite. After half an hour we walked over to pick it up. Got to the hotel and not what we expected. Husbands chicken dinner he says was disgusting. The cheese was supposed to be under the coating and it was on top which made it so mushy. They put my cactus cut potatoes in with my ribs and they were soggy. Ribs tasted like they were just boiled and sauce poured over them. Coleslaw was bland and tasteless. Spending 50 bucks on a meal you would think we would enjoy it. Well we didn’t. It’s like we took a bill and just burnt it for fun. Won’t be going back again. Should have just had a sandwich in the hotel. Very disappointed.

We just wanted to come on here and share what a wonderful experience we had at your location.
(Initially we had attended the other location in the South of the city but we were ignored for Several minutes before we just left.)
Our server, Grace was amazing and so very sweet. The hostess staff was extremely friendly. Overall a wonderful experience. We were there this past Sunday over lunch.

Steak sandwich was done the way requested and server/service was great. I'd give him a shout out but didn't catch his name

Good service, good food, friendly staff. They were out of a particular brand of alcohol that we were after and the owner ran out and brought a bottle back for us. That's pretty fantastic service!

Ordered 3 Bandera Breads in a span of 2 days (I was badly craving it) it was made quick each time and the staff there were amazing!

Feels a little less enjoyable with restrictions however it felt and tastes more special. That make sense? Good experience overall.

Kurt and Sheena have always gone above and beyond to provide the ultimate friendly and above average service. They dah bomb!

Ordered a medium pizza with double cheese double onions and cheese toast delivered to my hotel
Over 48.00. What a rip off. Food was usual BP fare but if I had known the price at time of order I would have not ordered

Stopped for a drink and some wings. Wings were good and there was a good game on the TV. Good place for a get together with friends and family.

Server was friendly, food was delicious. They were very accommodating as I had brought cupcakes for my friends birthday. They kept them in the back and served them, was very much appreciated!

The staff is what sets this place apart from other BP's. It's always a pleasure to bring family here or even just meet up with friends for a night out and a football game!

Took my daughter yesterday she had a free meal from her school. I ordered 4 cheese lasagna it was delicious! I would defiantly go again!

Very busy and loud but a fun place to hang out and has great specials. It's close to a couple of hotels and attached to a good restaurant. Parking is good and you can gas right next door to it. There are games and vlts yo play as well. Its a great alternative to a lot of other places in town. Food here is always good. You have to try the fishbowl cocktails.

Reliably great! In Moose Jaw everyone who’s lived here many years knows that Boston Pizza on Main and Thatcher was for a long time, the only ‘decent’ sit down chain (and arguably private) restaurant in town. It was many people’s go to - family birthdays, work functions, sports events etc. You could depend on good food, good atmosphere, and good service. Since this Boston Pizza was such an old standby, I’ve found Boston Pizza on Main to be a favourite spot for a nice meal out. Since the opening of the BP’s on Manitoba, the wait times are usually always none existent, even on some of the busiest nights. That, and the multiple other ‘decent’ sit down chains opening in town. I’m glad to see this BP’s is still going strong all these years later! The restaurant itself it beginning to show a little it’s age though. It’s not terrible by any means, but it would be nice to see a renovation to update the interior to something a bit more modern in the near future! I enjoy BP’s on Main - had many great times with close friends, family, and work colleagues there! Definitely recommend BP’s on Main for a nice lunch or a casual supper.
