Boston Pizza

Had the Memphis chicken sandwich which was suggested to us by our server.she did an amazing job of making suggestions as well as having a positive attitude! Had a great experience at BP humboldt. Next time you go in, ask for Josie as your server!

Kind staff, but the chicken I was served with my chicken Caesar salad was gross, and had hard chunks in it. Would be understandable if it was blackened chicken but this was not that. My guess is they don’t even make the chicken in the restaurant, likely just something heated up with fake grill marks off a delivery semi. I was offered 10% off my bill, when I only finished half the salad out of disgust with the chicken. Nice to know a customers worth!

Service was okay, had to ask for water, Ketchup and refills. Portions were kid friendly at best. Ordered a big dipper and was given over cooked roast beef instead of sliced steak. Will not be visiting again or recommend to family or friends who travel to Humboldt.

Exelent service their waiters are very kind also they have very hardworking cooks beautiful dining overall a great restaurant!

Met a really awesome staff member Courtney. She was an exceptionally good server. And the food is always what you expect when you go to BP. Better then ok. And I'm good with that.

Went in there and was told schooners were on sale great. Then was told Boston burgers were on for $10. I even said to the waiter while 1850 on for $10. Got my bill charged full price for the schooner and $14 for the burger not impressed

Usually I'm not big on going to BP's because I'm just usually not into their menu, or servings, or the price, or that time I got charged for a refill on my hot water for my first and only teabag.

But, I digress. Today, I invited the Boston Pizza, and their Memphis BBQ Fried Chicken sandwich, into my heart and I was not disappointed. I broke another 36 hour fast with that sandwich and I have no regrets.

No regrets.

Food was amazing but they made me pay double saying 1st pay was a tip then had to pay again for my food spend total $100 went last year never again

Very good food, most of the time quickly and hot. When not the waiters hype up the cookers to get the food ready faster. I really appreciate that

I had the chicken mushroom fettuccini. It was really good. Co workers had cactus cut fries, which were really well cooked. Sometimes they are soft and mushy he says, but these were properly cooked. He also had wings, which were good. Boys had a wrap, a Thai wrap or something like that. He liked it at the time, but not the next day.

Service is, unfortunately hit and miss. Mornings and nights are better when the adults are working, but when you get the school kids working, some times service is not the best. Kitchen seems to be understaffed so the servers are under a lot of pressure a lot of the time and some tables often go neglected. I still rate it five stars because when you do get service it's fantastic. Always polite and attentive. Never had my order come out wrong, and never been poisoned. They are extremely good about my gluten allergy and I've never had an instance of contamination. I enjoy eating there and I'm definitely regular enough that a few of the employees recognize me by face. It's a nice atmosphere even if the pace of service is sometimes lacking or incredibly slow.

Great service and a good variety of menu choices. The portions were large and well presented.

The service here is abysmal. I took a friend for her birthday. There was no one at the door or recognition by any of the, staff passing by of our existence. The hostess when she showed had only been working there a month.

The carpet it seems had not been vacuumed for about the same period of time.

The on tap list had no imports. I asked for the only name I did not recognise. It turned out to be a cider. We had to ask a, second time for water. The meal arrived prior to the condiments.

About half way through the meal the waiter disappeared. We finished the meal, stacked the plates to the side, and waited about 5 minutes. Unable to get a staff members attention the lady, irritated, went for a smoke. When she returned he still hadn't shown up.

Although the girls had not gotten dessert, enough was enough. I told them we would go to MacDonalds for dessert instead. No nerds, much better service.

Once we were standing he showed up. Too little, too late. Needless to say the tip was far from generous.

The food was decent although the "baked cheese" was just melted.

This place needs to hire a manager who knows the industry to go in and kick some butt. This has to be the worst run Boston Pizza it has ever been my misfortune to enter.

I can not say we will be returning.

I would highly recommend anyone else avoid it like the plague.

As an aside have you noticed BP charges for a few Canadian brewed beers as imports?

Very impressed with this Bps! We usually go in for supper and have never had a bad experience. Today I ordered online using the app and somehow there was a glitch or I had hit something wrong and they were so friendly when I called and sent a new pizza right away. The delivery driver was also amazing super friendly. Keep up the good work!

Wife had a four cheese lasagna which was decent and a fairly large serving

Consistent quality, lots of options for food and drinks. Casual place that's great for kids as well

I got my order fairly quickly but my meat sauce was open and dumped all over everything napkins were soaked in meat sauce

Boston Pizza changed their menu so anyone with an allergy has no guarantee their food isnt contaminated.

This is for the entire company and not this one location.
