Boston Pizza

Rude customer service and not great food. Upon entry, the lady manager/host was condescending and trying to be funny when I couldn’t find my guest. The burger on special tasted pre-made and old, bun was stale and I’ve never had so many onions in my life. Atleast the kettle chips were good.

Not bad, decent food. Service surprisingly slow for how quiet it was, apparently due to lots of delivery orders.

Our meal at this BP was good the staff was polite and friendly.
Also in the restaurant was a group of a dozen or so girls who looked to be aged 10 - 12 years old. There were several adults also with them sitting at a different table. The girls kept, repeatedly, RUNNING back and forth from their tables to the restrooms in groups of 2-3 to 5 -7 at a time! This went on for most of the time we were there. Staff ignored this behaviour until we finally managed to get a manager’s attention. Even then this group of girls continued to return to the restroom area repeatedly, at least not running as fast. This behaviour was completely uncalled for. The adults in the group were completely ignoring this disruptive behaviour and did absolutely nothing to curb it. This behaviour disrupted and ruined what would have been, otherwise, an enjoyable meal.

I ordered the January 2023 gourmet pasta special chicken mushroom fettucine, but without the chicken. $14.95 I was served a plate full of fettucine with some alfredo sauce. There were very few vegetables in the pasta, so I decided to count the mushrooms. I counted 6 pieces of sliced mushroom and 18 small pieces of diced tomatoes. I did not like the food and told the young man waiter. He said he would tell the kitchen and he did remove the charges from the bill. Terrible food and service. I would not recommend Boston Pizza.

Much improved over the last few years. The staff, service, and atmosphere were fantastic. The food was pretty good too, better than I expected from BP's

We went there last Saturday as a big family we got are table right away and then we didn’t see a server for 25 minutes. Then when ordered are food and she came out she never brought us any utensils and then never came around to see how the food was or if we needed another beverage. Very disappointed!

Hosts were chatting and goofing off enough to distract us sometimes. Our server was very kind, and prompt. Washrooms were very clean! Restaurant was clean. Nice atmosphere with TVs at good angles. Will definitely stop in next time through the city.

Service was horrible. Prices have gone up while quality has gone down. I don't know if it's the economy or aftermath of the pandemic but it ain't what it used to be.

I love their food and the staff are really good at giving you your space but still there when you need them.

Valentines Day Supper 2022. Ordered medium pepperoni heart shaped pizza & half cesar salad. Waited about 20 minutes to pick up inside the restaurant as it was their busy time but they seemed unprepared, unorganized, understaffed. Got the pizza, went home to eat it although by this time I was worried about how long the pizza had been sitting before they gave it to me. I was right, the pizza was burnt, cold, pepperoni was uneven on the pizza, meaning, one piece had none, another piece had a bunch. I’m not usually picky but this pizza was the worst I’ve ever had. For the price of it, it was not worth it, didn’t eat it, thru it out, overpriced for what it was. Disappointed. The 1 star is only because they did make a pizza & the salad was fine.

Not pleased at all with this valentines pizza, hardly any cheese and burnt tasting. Not the best place for pizza that is for sure

Excellent service! We had a mishap with our delivery order to our hotel room for my birthday. (Boston pizza never knew this) so we had a room full of hungry people! The wrong pizza was accidentally sent out but Larry fixed it for us right away and even upgraded the pizza to a large. On the plus side we got to try a new pizza that we have never had! Thanks Larry!

Ordered twice through skip the dishes and twice my order was wrong and/or missing items. I get it they have to deal with skip to see if a refund is possible, but it's the restaurants responsibility to check for accuracy and quality. Ordered a pizza poutine and a Bandera bread, got Bandera bread with sauce spilt in it cuz the lid wasn't put on tightly and got what looks like their pizza bread. Time before ordered the big kids cauliflower pizza with fries, apple juice and apple sauce and a chicken sandwich with fries and only got the sandwich.the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of one is because the lady I dealt with was patient, and handled this very well and even gave me a refund on the order with exception of yup and delivery of course. Thank you for your help (I'm sorry I forgot you name!)

My husband had pizza and enjoyed it. I had the worst chicken and mushroom fettachini. I have had it a number of times in the restaurant and it is my favorite.will never do take out again. Very disappointed.

Great food but was very noisy. Mix up with 1 meal and made to wait for another to be made.
Staff were friendly and made us comfortable, but offered no compensation for the screwup

Boston Pizza was a staple in Saskatchewan, not sure why the service has gone down. For a Saturday night not even close to being busy and the service was super slow, with way too many people standing behind the pass (managers included). I could go on with petty things but I will stop. Ill end with our server was pleasant.

Everytime I think of it, I think "it's just not working out", just like my superior told me, before they fired me - without a better reason.

It's too bad because the food, and coworkers i had at the time, were great!

But unfortunately, those four, other stars just aren't working out.: (

The food was really, really good. Brooklyn was our server and she was on the ball and never let us want or wait for anything. Boston Pizza, thank you for hiring such friendly, helpful staff

Severs were great and accomodating. I had the Jambalaya Fettucine which came in a huge portion but unfortunately did not taste any good, very mediocre.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. One of the managers there is disrespectful and rude. Do not work here. Good food though not gonna lie.

You are better off picking up your own food instead of delivery and boston pizza cooks should check the timing on the oven my last pizza was a tad burnt

Birthday for 2, and the Service was poor, server never came to check up on us. Had to find the server everytime we wanted something. Terrible service.

Good food, bit sloppy though. It was very busy in there so they were taking longer than they should have.

Nothing overly exciting, service mas acceptable. Food was simply ok. Cleanliness an issue, many flies circling while I tried to eat.

We had take out and was very good service was fast, great and very helpful will be back for sure

Ordered the chicken parmesan fettuccine and a side poutine. The orders were very large, the speed of service was great, and our food was hot. The poutine had pepperoni on top which was a nice touch however, the gravy was quite spicy. Definitely a place to get good food for the price you pay.

It still stands as one of my default options if I want to go out somewhere for supper. Clean with a very good variety of quality food amd timely service.

Terrible service. Got there right at lunch time. Restaurant was not busy but the staff seemed to forget we were there. Had to wait 15 minutes after we were done eating till they thought to bring the bill. I don't intend to ever go back. Food was good and it came promptly after we ordered.

Sat in the lounge for a drink and supper. Service was slow for both but good when it came.

Difficult to find the restaurant as it was dark, around 8: 00 pm, but the outdoor sign was off and the place is tucked in behind MacDonald's. Lighting is critical!

Great food. Can be a bit noisy at times, but the food is worth it and the service is excellent.
