There was barely any taste in their burger, spicy wings were good, penne pasta with shrimp was awesome.

"Picture this: two wise, old veterans waltzing into Boston Pizza, ready for a lunchtime showdown of epic proportions. Our poor server must have thought they'd landed in the middle of a comedy sketch as we volleyed jocular insults like seasoned jesters. To be honest, I'm not sure how she deciphered our order amidst the banter, but she handled it like a champ.

My buddy, the adventurous one, ordered the Jumbalaya, and I decided to embark on a culinary expedition with the Pizza Burger. In no time, our food arrived, hot and fresh, as if the kitchen knew that we were the dynamic dining duo who meant business.

The meal was exactly what we expected from Boston Pizza: delicious, satisfying, and as dependable as a reliable old friend. And to top it off, the bill didn't send us into shock—two meals and a couple of refreshing pops, all reasonably priced.

So, kudos to Boston Pizza for providing the perfect stage for our comedic lunchtime antics. And a big shoutout to our server, who must have felt like she'd wandered into a live performance of 'The Muppets. ' It was a memorable time, where two old vets got to bond, laugh, and enjoy great food. Thanks for the laughs, Boston Pizza! "

Walked in waited to be seated 20 mins so we seated ourself. Waited 30 mins to be served for our order. Waiter kept coming back asking what we ordered again. Maybe bring a paper and pen next time.

Server didn’t tell us about any happy hour deals after asking about specials. We realise after ordering its currently happy hour. Ordered items that were on happy hour. Got charged full prices.
Definitely could of had a better time while dining here if it wasn’t for the type of service we got.
Manager was no better.

There was some issues regarding gift card purchase online but it’s not about the restaurant. I feel so bad cause I gave them less tips by accident?

If you are into trying something new the Burrito bowl is really worth trying out. There is a bit of heat but not so much as to over power the dish. Very well done BP! When I go again I will definitely order the Burrito bowl. As a suggestion I think the dish could use an order of tortilla chips.

I find they have gone down hill - the service is not great - 1 time I went to the bar with a couple friends and took 20-30min for us to be helped so while we were waiting forever we called and ordered for pick up and we got helped over the phone before someone came to our table. Had a pick up order today and my pizza was put in the bag up and down instead of flat like the pizza is made so had a huge mess in the box. Food has become sub par. What has been going on I use to love this place!

Servers are very friendly and service is fast and food is good.

I always loved going to BPs while living in P. A.and was happy to find the quality is still there. I had the Hungry Carnivor pasta, and it was amazing. The portion size is wild and was definitely enough to share with my toddler, with leftovers. I also ordered us a Unicorn lemonade to share, and it was not only aesthetically pleasing but also super tasty. My family members also ordered some pretty amazing looking dishes and nobody had any complaints.

They do have highchairs and booster seats for babies/toddlers.

Definitely recommend!

What a shame, we were asked to leave because one person in our group only had a photo of her ID, very rude waitress! Will not return!

If I could give a zero review for tonights review I would to the wretched server that thought she was nice for booting me and my bf thanks for ruining our night, just barely sitting down and kicks us out because I quit three yrs ago doesn't make any sense hun.

Amazing atmosphere and ambience, would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and drinks with great service.

Brought my daughter and my husband for a birthday meal, we were greeted by a not so friendly server. She pretty much threw the menus on table, and threw the coaster, and when I say threw, it fell right off table. Not impressed, will not be back.

They rather serve an uncooked pale (color) oven fries than a deep fried fries. Because they only have 1 fryer, and if they deep fried fries it will taste spicy (according to the server).

I called to order and it was going alright then he asked what room number I said just wait I’m trying to find it he reply’s with * UR NOT THE ONLY COUSTOMER HERE! * then hangs up in rude voice it wasn’t even 5 seconds to find my room number

Tuesday service was great. Friday was complete trash. I got seated, and sat for 10+ minutes, without any acknowledgement of existence. A server did manage a few non eye contact fly-bys though. I suppose whoever was doing my section was taking a break. I GTFOd across the street to Montanas, got seated and in a minute the server said she would be by in a moment, then apologized for a 2 min total wait. I said, no problem. Wasn't even enough time to write my review.

PS it was not crowded either.

Our food was good. Service is definitely not what it usually was but I definitely blame that on a lack of staff which isn't the restaurants fault. But the server only coming to check once to offer us a refill is disappointing.

Our waitress was amazing. Had a bad day and told her I needed a drink and didn't care what she brought me and it was amazing! Kitchen made a little mistake on our order and she fixed it right away. Great service

I ate at Boston pizza on April 7th at around 8 pm and I was very disappointed by the service I was given. Walked in, the blonde hostess was extremely rude and there was no greeting, or warm welcoming at the door. Waited 20 minutes for someone to assist me when seated, when it was not busy. My male waiter was very nice, he was kind and I had cold wings and they were good about switching them out and discounting them. One of the hostess came over to my table and started sweeping underneath my table while I was sitting, she did not ask nor mention she just started sweeping under my feet giving attitude. I am disappointed in the service that I received from the hostess as I found they were extremely disrespectful.
These are the people that should be making a customer feel happy to enter a restaurant not ashamed and belittled. It’s not just the food that makes dining so enjoyable, rather the service is what helps the experience, and therefore I did not receive that.

Fine customer service. However we ordered few items and all of them were out of menu. They had no beer as we ordered corona. They had no cauliflower bites and no options in good whiskey. We are so disappointed as they don’t have any options available in menu. We asked for fishbowls but those out of stock as well. No drinks and no food item stocks. Sorry but not visiting here ever again.

We had a group of 4 out for supper and drinks we were in the lounge area. Our server was non attentive extremely forgetful appeared annoyed very disorganized, some food was cold from sitting too long some soggy. With service like that it won't be hard to remember where not to go or recommend

Pros - Food is good. Large Menu. Good Parking. Open late.
Cons- Most Expensive pizza in PA. They charge for delivery. Accuracy on delivery orders is 50/50.

Nice place, nice staff, and good food. The only issue I have is with the pizzas. For some reason they make their pizzas with the cheese UNDER the toppings, instead of on top.

Drove home 20 mins away to find things missing from my order food was burnt and food had no flavor and soggy when trying to call to give them a heads up they just said sorry and hung up won't be back anytime soon

This is a great place to hangout with friends and family. Nice ambiance, watching sports and having pizza. The chicken wings are amazing!

Great experience with the outstanding staff and management. Came here with my family. We got set up in a booth where someone just finished stringing up little plastic ornaments. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and a plate of nachos. Food was great. During the meal, one of the small plastic ornaments falls on our table. No damage and nothing went wrong. We had 2 servers and a manager apologizes to us. They then offer us each a free dessert. Overall a great meal.

Always a great place to meet friends and watch the game. Staff are great, food is prompt and drinks are cold. What more do you need?

Desert Brownies with ice cream. Requested staff to ensure brownies are warm - Desert on table brownies were cold as ice cream scoops.

Mens washroom is the most disgusting I have ever seen. It stunk, there was groth in the corners by the sink, and the toilet had this growing in it. Apparently they clean the washroom every day. If this is how they clean there washrooms, I really hope they clean there kitchen better. Mentioned how dirty it was to the staff, they sent an employ in, came out a min later nothing was done. I normally really like BP's, so I went back a couple days later. Nothing had changed, disappointed and grossed out I left.

It wasn't anything this specific restaurant did, it was just that there was nothing appealing on the menu. The dish I ended up ordering wasn't great. I could have done much better at home.

Went to the bar side. Drinks were great, for was a bit dry but tasty.service was below par. Even when we thought of ordering dessert it took around 15 minutes for the server to come back and actually talk to us, not the table beside us. Still gave a tip, because the food and drinks were good, but would not recommend the person serving us

Calamari isn’t the same anymore. Ordered the chips & dip for an appetizer and the dip was very well frozen in the middle. Other than that, I would suggest the mild boneless bites and yam fries.

The food was just like any other Boston pizza, which is good, and fast service. The layout of the restaurant makes it seem kind of small but they work well inside of it

I always get excellent service, all the staff are really friendly, the owner is fantastic, the online ordering is easy and quick plus you earn Free pizza when you order online over $10, and what you save by using their coupon's make's it almost cheaper than buying at the supermarket, it Is cheaper than buying most meat! And it's delicious!

My fave restaurant. I always get the spicy pierogie stromboli (calzone). It's not on the menu anymore but they let me order it anyway in Prince Albert (not everywhere). It's awesome!

Large portions and cozy dining made this stop enjoyable. The jambalaya pasta was good.it came out hot. Much needed on today. Sitting at -7C

When you sit in the wrong section not only does the sun blind you but the servers no longer see you either. She made up for it

Could of been better service been there multiple times before and had the best servers ever went with my children and it was like you had the black plague only came to the table maybe twice if that after we ordered

So I was at Boston pizza with a few buddy's last night and I was drinking a beer when I almost swallowed half a tooth pick that was in the cup (which is absolutely disgusting) I notified the waitress waited a little while to get another beer. I didn't get a single sorry almost felt like i was getting attitude for a cup that was cleaned properly she didn't charge me for the beer with the tooth pick but gave us little to no attention after that. Once the bill game I noticed its said it my bill was discounted and said thanks I appreciate that and she played it off as if she was giving me a deal because of the toothpick but it turns it was on special I gave her a 15 percent tip now I wished I hadn't even given her nothing. I almost swallowed half a tooth pick and obviously thats dangerous not to mention disgusting

Wasn't here on the best of times. But the food still remained very good. It was the PA location which I was impressed for service and quality

Overpriced and mediocre beyond reproach.

The only time i go to any boston pizza is when the others with me can't be talked back from the ledge.
