Poor service in the lounge. We were seated for almost half an hour before someone approached us and multiple times we had to get up to get someone to come to our table to serve us. We felt totally unwelcome and the service really is horrible.

Food is great, and the service has to be the best in the city by far. Nicole and the staff are amazing in the bar part. The atmosphere is perfect. John the owner is doing everything right.

We are in Regina weekly (Monday thru Friday) We have visited this location multiple times per week in the past 3 weeks. Usually decent service and food but after today we (4 to 6 workers) will no longer give this restaurant our business. We arrived around 5: 45pm for supper. Inquired about the soup of the day to find out they no longer had any available for the day. But we were told they still had French onion soup. The price difference between the two is $1.30 more for the French onion. We asked if they would honour the bowl of soup price with French onion since they were out of soup of the day. The waitress asked the manager to come to talk to us. He said he couldn’t reduce the price by $1.30 because of the different ingredients used. I have worked in customer service rolls previous and can not believe that our request was denied! Paid for our drinks and took our business elsewhere. Maybe some additional training of your management is required.

Unpleasant experience. Ordered cactus cut potatoes for my kid and 80% of the food was raw. I have pictures to prove but no option to post them here. Really disappointed

Our waitress tonight was amazing. Sorry we didn't catch her name. She had several tattoos and her service was perfect and over the top friendly.

Music level was perfect. The kitchen was open late. Restaurant service was quick. Food tasted average.

It was awesome, me and my daughter had lots of fun, the drinks were good and the food was even better, and the server was super nice, gave recommendations and interacted with us. Definitely would go again.

Had an awesome time here today with my family! Zack was our server and he was a total home run! Magic tricks, flipping scripts, and collecting tips, Zack Attack is my main man!
Chow was deadly, ambiance was key, this place is gold baby, gold!

Tropical chicken pizza is a favorite of mine. I've always enjoyed it with a tall glass of ice tea.
