Boston Pizza

Service was dismal. Yes, we were a big group, but there was no one else in our section, and the restaurant was mostly empty. Food was equally as dismal. Worst Ceasars salad I've ever had. Hands down. And the manager excused it all by saying they were busy and we were a big group. Won't be going back.

Rachele was our server and she was fabulous. So friendly and welcoming. Great food as always. Great experience

Worst BP experience I've had, ordered take out, chicken parm damn near bent my metal fork it was so old and tough, mashed potatoes looked like mushroom soup. Will never order from this specific BP

Brooklyn was our server; very inattentive. Took 10mins to get drinks and over 45mins to get our meals. Seemed to always be in a rush to get away even tho we were one of 3 tables in lounge side. When she’d come to drop a drink off, she’d drop it and quickly walk away making it hard for us to ask for anything else we may have needed. Didn’t get any cutlery, ketchup or napkins and when we asked for the bill; it was thrown on the table and again she quickly walked away.

It was soooooo busy but the kids were kept busy in between service and it was great! Everyone left full and smiling!

Went to Boston pizza with much enthusiasm but met with the staff who had no interest in serving customer who had a gift card. I wanted to use the gift voucher of $135 which I got from flight delays and the person was not even interested in talking to me as it was a gift voucher on my phone. I then explained him the way of using it and told him that it’s a benefit for BP to get a sale of $135 as I had to use it. Even at the time of order, both the person and female staff taking order were giving weird stairs to me. Also they took a wrong order and when I asked them to correct, I was told to pay more money and they won’t be able to change the order. I had to suffer because of their mistake. Coming to the food, cactus cut potatoes were all burnt, chicken Thai bites were dry and one of the pasta was tasteless. Chicken wings were the only grace in the whole meal. Really disappointed with the attitude of staff and also the food. Expect much better from a brand like Boston Pizza.

I gave 5 stars just based on the service from Rachel at the Nelson Road location in Saskatoon. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Checked in often even though it was busy. Our drinks were always full and we never had to ask. Give her a raise!

Our meals were delivered extremely fast and tasted great. My burger was messy but delicious and the tossed salad was so good I ate it before I remembered to snap a pic. A must if looking for a place to eat in University Heights

My wife and our adult son just went for dinner at this location. My wife asked for a pitcher of Sangria. It is a menu item on the drink list. The bartender said sure thing. We go here about once a month. What happened next was the most appalling thing I have ever seen. The same bartender for whatever reason after a few minutes yelled across the bar that absolutely he cannot do that, to her. Very embarrassing. Has to be for a group. He said I can only serve one drink at a time. I Asked for the manager to be brought in. Rafee the manager shows up and proceeds to tell us that one person cannot drink a pitcher of sangrias. We were going to share the pitcher. So I asked him why the bartender had to yell across the bar at us. He apologized for that and then tried to explain the reasoning that one person cannot order a pitcher.
I asked him to help me understand as there is no disclaimer saying it must be ordered for a group on the menu. It equates to 3 drinks. Yet as we sat there and waited for our food. We saw at least 4 tables being served 3 seperate drinks.
I asked Rafee why that was allowed? He said we have a two drink service minimum. What a joke! I know Serve it right rules. The hockey game was just starting. I am sure if I stuck around I could count 5-10 drinks being served to some. Hell I have had 4 beers in this establishment before and no issue.
That bartender was rude and the situation unfortunate to say the least. We have interacted with him before and always pleasant. Not excusing his behaviour. That was unacceptable. Won’t return. Rafee did nothing to even make it right. Said he could not do anything.
Poor customer service.

The food was just ok. A bit pricey for what we ate. The service was exceptional. She provided advice on what was good that day. The place was pretty quiet as we were there quite early.

Portions have gotten smaller, prices gone up. Told the waitress My fries were cold and she laughed at me. 2 stars

Best service I've ever had in the bar! The bartender I think his name is Donovan. Great guy. Very charming. This is my new go to place!

Tried the Salmon power bowl for the first time! Was really good! Service was good. Meals came fast which made us happy as we were heading to a movie right after

We had a very late supper in the lounge and our waitress was the nicest, most attentive server I’ve had in a long time. The 3 of us collectively gave her a $30 tip and it was worth every penny

I tried first time and I like Spinach dip a lot. I tried Veg Pizza. Teast was different from other brand pizza. I will soon try other varieties here and will post my comments!

Not a good experience at all!
We ordered two steaks to be medium well. One of the them was very well-done almost burned and the other was rare-medium full of blood. Went to garbage. Also kids meal shrunk and they didn't have their usual quantity or quality.
No more Boston Pizza for us!

We ate dinner here a few nights ago and enjoyed our time there. The service and food was very good. The restaurant and bar areas were busy but there were still tables available to sit at. We had pizza and drinks. We have always enjoyed the pizza here. They always have spots on and there was hockey games on the tv’s that night. Wr would definitely come back here in the future.
