B.R. Gaffney & Associates

Just wanted to leave a review regarding Greg Buchan of B. R. Gaffney & Associates. He recently appraised my father in laws house after he passed away as part of his estate. I typically do not leave reviews but my husband and I were impressed by Greg's professionalism and ability to establish rapport. He was friendly, always made time to share his expertise, and was accommodating when pictures needed to be retaken for the appraisal. The accuracy of his appraisal was also supported by an offer that was given on my father in laws house just over a year prior, especially when taking into account recent renovations that had been done. Our family will definitely be hiring Greg for any future house appraisals that we need. Thanks for everything Greg!
