I called and booked a tow as my vehicle had completely died in the middle of a residential road. I provided all my information including credit card information as I wasn't staying with my vehicle in -30° weather. Brad's Towing told me my car would be picked up within the hour.
The next day I called and they had not towed my vehicle. They informed me they had no record of my request.
I had to call another tow company to get my car. I also got a parking ticket because my vehicle stayed in the middle of the road for around 36 hours.
Very disappointing service all around. I do not recommend.

Friendly and super quick! Eric also was able to tell me what broke on my car and gave me suggestions on how to deal with it.

They really don't care about scratching your vehicle while towing. They should be liable for damages. They towed my vehicle and find out many scratches all round truck specially close to wheel wells, which proves they scratched it and they don't care. My vehicle was scratch less but after I picked up, it's full of scratches, which appears to come from their work clothes.

Over the top service. Responsive, price as quoted, driver did his utmost to place the car inside a hard to access garage. I have used them several times and the service is always 5 star, from the call centre to the driver and everyone in between don't even think of calling anyone else.

Quick, helpful and professional service. Gave us a quick boost when our car died unexpectedly.

I would just like to thank the 2 how where dispatched to pick my truck and trailer they where fast to arrive much sooner than told. They where happy and a pleasure to talk to. They got everything done for me in no time. It was a pleasure to watch professionals work

Had a great experience last week when my alternator belt broke. The customer service on the phone was excellent and they sent over a truck within minutes. The tow truck operator was very friendly and efficient. I felt my bill was a little high for a standard tow and when I called to inquire she informed me of a mileage mistake and promptly gave me a refund. Would definitely recommend!

Had transmission issues today roughly 1.5 hours out of Saskatoon, needed a heavy wrecker sent out. They were professional, reliable, friendly, and timely! These guys know what they’re doing. I first talked to Penny on the phone and she was extremely friendly and helpful.

I want to give a special thanks to Jeff, the operator who came out and was absolutely awesome through the entire service call, if more people took as much pride in their job as Jeff does things would be a lot different. He definitely made a stressful situation a lot smoother for me.

I will definitely be referring you guys to friends and family. Thanks again!

An amazing company. They went above and beyond for us, picked up the spare keys, so I didn't have to remain with the vehicle or head back out in the terrible weather to pick it up. Pulled it out, checked for damage and made sure it was going to start and brought it to the school. So helpful and top notch customer service. We won't be calling anyone else if we are every in need again. Thank you.

This business is the worst ever! Our truck broke down outside Davidson. We called at 11: 30 pm for a tow. Waited until after 2 a.m. And they still didn't show up. They wanted $1000.00 to tow my truck from Davidson to Saskatoon.worst customer service I have ever experienced! Many others have had great experiences but this is just the worst tow service company out there! The one's in North Battleford are way better and actually show up and tow you home! These people just take money and never show up! Would not recommend this company to literally anyone! Go with someone else if you need a tow! This company doesn't even deserve a star for their service! Then I get a bill for $550.00 for them to no even show up in 2 1/2 hours.

Wonderful service. Loaded my vehicle with care when had 2 blown tires and let me stay warm in the tow truck. On arrival to where I was having tires replaced they unloaded it right into the shop.

I like this outfit! They make things happen on short notice. We've used them a handful of times, from the big wrecker to tow a brokedown semi, winch out a stuck tractor, move a seacan, deliver a telehandler. It's all been on short notice and it's all been done promptly!

Highly recommended. We use them for delivering large ag equipment to our customers. Accurate quoting, fast service and good rates. We will use them again for sure.

My car shut down on me today and had to get it towed for my first time ever. I saw this business online and decided to give it a call. The girl on the phone was so incredibly nice and worked fast to figure out where I was and where to take my car. She said it would take approximately 15 minutes for them to get me and in less than 10 minutes they came and had my car hooked up. It was incredibly fast and easy and I'm so impressed with the quality of service. Thank you for making a not so great day a bit better
