Braid Flooring & Window Fashions

I can't say enough good things about Dale, Christian, Dino, and the entire team at Braid! We had an insurance claim in our kitchen and Dale was prompt to come out to measure, provided some sound advice, and helped us get into an amazing choice of flooring.

We needed a couple boxes of flooring to match the existing one that was installed. Since we just purchased the home we didn’t know who originally they had purchased it from. After emailing and calling around to other competitors, and getting no call backs.

I reached out to Braid. Dale immediately called me back. He tracked down the flooring and got back to me within a half hour. From the first phone call, to pick up everything was absolutely wonderful.

My husband had an art deco idea for a backsplash. We literally wandered into Braid and Angela, designer extraordinaire, took us seriously even though we were kind of vague and inarticulate about what we wanted. She visited our house 3 or 4 times and helped us draw out the design. She went went out of her way to find best tiles and grout to make the design. Manley, from Rock’n’ Tile Services is an artistic geniius craftsperson tiler. His work is fantastic! We are so happy with our new backsplash
