First off you need a realtor like Brandon Kayter if you’re buying or selling! When I first reached out to Brandon he was super excited to work with me in finding the right place for me. He did not pressure or persuade me into a place that I didn't like he makes sure that the place you are going to buy is the place that you love. When there was a house I was interested in he would clearly outline the pros and cons of the place so that I could make an informed decision on the potential property. Brandon always worked with my schedule to view properties whether it was on a weekend or in the evenings after work he was super flexible with scheduling viewings. He was always there whenever I had any questions and would get back to me as quickly as possible. Brandon is very knowledgeable when it comes to the process of submitting an offer and closing on a house. He would clearly let you know what is all needed to get it done from what inspections to lawyers and documents that are all going to be needed.
