Took a silk top to be cleaned for basic water marks that came out but they left weird white lines, like iron marks, afterwards, and they didn't take responsibility and actually tried to blame the silk itself for making the marks! Also a brand new dress shirt that had red wine stains did not come out-went home and got the red wine stains out using OxyClean. Charged full price for everything.

Cleaning is fine, totally butchered my daughter's dress alterations prior to a wedding. "Fixed" it as much as the could but not impressed at all.

The owners were very friendly and amicable and they got the coat back to me quickly but.

Had a new lining put in my daughters wool coat to the tune of $195 and first we get it home and its not sewn all the way in the sleeves so have to take it back then we get it back a second time and i ship it to my daughter in Vancouver and she tells me its not sewn in correctly and is twisted and pulls in spots now.ive taken dry cleaning there with no problems at all very good dry cleaners but i would go else where for a seamstress or repairs in the future.

I took my brand new wedding dress in to get it freshened up before my wedding as I bought it off the rack. They quoted me $85 then when I picked it up it was $166. I understand it’s hard to know before you see the dress but I described it and they told me $85 would be close to the price. I was not expecting double the price.
The cleaning was very good and still reasonable compared to other places but maybe they should quote higher in the future.

This company is awesome and is the reason why shopping local is so important. I walked in, they fixed my issue immediately while I waited, and referred me to another local company for an issue they could not address. Great experience!

This was my first time going to the drycleaners in Regina. It was delightful. My clothes were well-cleaned and I was so happy getting them back. If you need repairs done, you can also get it done here. I can't really talk about the price because I haven't compared other places. I will probably go back again if I need to get my clothes drycleaned

Took my husband's wedding suit for cleaning and my wedding gown for preservation. They did a great job in a timely manner and reasonable pricing compared to other businesses.

I had some very special one of a kind items that I needed cleaned. I took them down here as I was concerned some of the other dry clean places might not take the care needed to clean the items. It turned out the items I had wouldn't have been able to be dry cleaned. The owner knew what he was looking at were very special items. Instead of just telling me this can't be cleaned he took a careful inspection of each item and the materials they were made with. He told me about the possibility that some of the hand embroidery may not be color fasted and I would need to be very careful even if washing by hand.

I'm very impressed with the knowledge and even more so the care he took in understanding the historical significance of the items he was holding.

If I could give ten stars I would.

Wrecked my item, “fixed” it and took little ownership for the mistake. The staff rude, seamstress made an obvious mistake and they didn’t offer a refund. My item is garbage now.

Amazing service! Had an emergency with a bridesmaid dress and they fit me in the same day. The seamstress was very knowledge and altered the dress perfectly - all at an affordable price. 100% recommend!
