Absolutely thrilled with my ‘mother of the bride’ dress and salesperson Rachel who helped me.
Rachel was so wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for and pulled so many great options to try on. She was attentive and offered such good feedback and ended up finding my perfect dress. She found me a dress on their clearance rack that was exactly what I was looking for. Instead of trying to up-sell to me, she truly made me feel like she wanted me to be confident and beautiful on such a special day. I can honestly say this was such a great experience. Thank you again Rachel for being so understanding and attentive. You are amazing at what you do!:)

Absolutely amazing place to go for grad dresses! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Came in with no idea what I wanted and with some help from the employees I found my perfect dress! 110% recommend everyone to go here for dress shopping.

Edit: The lack of accountability prevails. The straps on one of the bridesmaids' dresses broke immediately after the ceremony on the way to photos, ruining a ton of potential photos (Had to be safety pinned, which isn't a good look considering they had spent just over $500 with alterations). Upon pickup, the lady insisted the veil was in the bag with my dress, which it wasn't.no mention of it being steamed until they finally located it 30 minutes later. The "rude girl who didn't buy a dress" was my sister who was in the wedding party and bought a dress but wanted to ensure I had a good experience as this was the furthest thing from it. The tape measurer slipped from my butt as they took my measurements and both moms agreed that it looked absolutely atrocious for it being "properly measured". I tried calling multiple times but no one would answer.
And at the final fitting, all the staff (aside from the wonderful seamstress) hid in the back so there was no opportunity to voice my concerns. The amount of people who have had horrible experiences is quite obvious in all their recent reviews. One of the only reasons I came to this place (despite the large amount of negative reviews) was that the "rude customer" also bought her grad dress here years ago. I can't stand by and let more women be conned and stressed for some of the biggest moments of their lives.

The only reason they get 1 star is because of the seamstress who saved the dress at the last minute. Wedding dresses/bridesmaids dresses/mother of bride dress all ordered here. The first appointment was great and everything else was a living hell. Ordered my dress October 2022 for a September 2023 wedding. Dress came in months later than promised as did the bridesmaids dresses. We had to continually call to see if they were in. When I finally got to try on my dress (the one I had ordered with measurements), I literally felt like a cow. The measurements were done so poorly I had room for 3 of me. I wanted to cry my eyes out. They offer a ton of suggestions for alterations but never what it will cost until the very end. Only AFTER I picked up all dresses did they finally have signs that alterations would be extra after spending a small fortune on dresses. The worst was having to followup and having to make sure they stayed on track because otherwise they won't and will blame it on everything else. Still didn't have my dress by August (1 month before the wedding). Had a lady (Kathy) tell my family "You worry too much". Well yeah, you've managed to ruin an entire experience and trust was absolutely lost. And the final straw was that they lost my veil on the day of pickup (was found after 30 minutes of searching the store, luckily my mother in law checked for the veil before leaving the store or I wouldn't have a veil).

Learn my mistakes and go anywhere else. My suspicion as to why they've been in business so long is they know how to con you and blame you for their mistakes. No discounts or anything was offered and alterations were still 1/3 of the dress (AFTER THEY HAD MEASURED ME INCORRECTLY FROM THE BEGINNING!).

Save your money and your mental health and pick any other bridal shop.

Worst place to buy a dress. DO NOT GO HERE! For grad or wedding. The staff and the owner/manager are unprofessional, rude, ignorant. They do not explain company protocols to u. When u r there to buy anything. They just give a receipt and say we will let u know when it is in. They never deliver on time. My daughters dress was ordered in October. For grad. They told me four months it would be here. It didn’t get here till first week of June. Two weeks before grad. Then tell me that they have to do alterations. Which adds on more money.which’s as no time to get it done in time. So I wanted my deposit back. And they refuse to give back the deposit which is the cost of half the dress. I went in person and they called the cops because I said I wasn’t leaving till I got my money back. And the manager and staff hid in the back like cowards. They expect people to pay for stuff that they no longer need and then they want to keep their money l. BEWARE of this place. They r the worst and they do not deliver on their word and they DO NOT take care of their customers at all! And r never on time. And r crooks! I can’t even give 1star. That’s how bad this place is And there was another customer right beside me complaint of the same thing and they were doing the same to her.
DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING AND SPREAD THE WORD!

I would not recommend going here for a wedding dress. Even though you book an appointment, you still have to pick out your own dresses, zip them up yourself, and then they don't even clip them when they are too big. A consultant should be there to pick out wedding dresses for you because they know what dresses they have and which fit in a certain price range.

Horrible experience! I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The alterations were far over priced and were not done when they said they would be. Also pretty sloppy. The cups that were added are 10 dollar cups and they are lop sided, plus I had to pay 50 extra dollars for them even though I didn’t need them or want them. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

This shop is absolutely amazing! The ladies were so kind and helpful, they have dresses for all shapes and sizes (plus size included)! I couldn't recommend them more!

Worst experience I’ve ever had dress shopping costumer service was horrible seemed like they didn’t even want us there if you plan on going shopping skip this store!
