Our family have been patients of Broadway Dental for 15 years and we have consistently received excellent care from the dentists and staff here. The booking staff are helpful, working with us to find appointments that fit our busy schedules, contacting us with cancellation opportunities when requested and have been able to fit us in when needing unplanned emergency dental work. The hygienists are thorough and the dentists are very personable and have excellent communication skills. I always recommend this practice with confidence.

I always choose the ultrasonic cleaning and recommend it to those who haven't tried it yet.

We love this place. I realized I was slacking going to the dentist because I didn’t really like my previous dentist/office location. We switched to Broadway dental after a friend recommended Dr. Slovack — she is amazing with kids! The new location is beautiful and welcoming.

Easiest filling ever! Dr. Sachdev kept making sure I was okay, and explained things as we went. It's a very relaxed atmosphere and almost fun to visit.

The place is very clean and organized. They work very well with insurance and make your life easier. The doctors are excellent professionals and kind. They discuss the treatment with you and agree which steps to follow. I feel very safe trusting our dental health to them.

The reception staff are very friendly and personable. The hygienists are judgement free, gentle, and do an excellent job. Dr. Rabuka is great. He explains what he is going to do in the procedure, and has a very calm demeanor, which helps me relax while he works his magic. He did an exceptional job when he rebuilt my broken tooth.

We had our newborn son's lip and tongue tie done here. The staff were very helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

If your Indigenous & covered under NIHB don't go here. They over charge for services that NIHB doesn't cover the difference & you'll have to pay out of pocket at the end of your visit. Wasn't told about the overcharges till the end of each visit.

The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. I really like my dentist Ryan Brezinski, he’s great at answering my questions and you can tell that he cares about the service he’s providing.

Always enjoy working with Dr Arjunn Sachdev, such a lovely guy!

If i could give less than 1 star i would.they gave me a failed root canal and didn't offer any compensation when we found out that's what it was.infuriating to say the least.i'm still struggling with this issue because dental costs too much money here in canada and then they don't even fix your teeth properly.edit to reply: i would NEVER call your office for any reason, you had a chance to do the right thing a long time ago.no thanks broadway dental.i honestly REGRET using you people.worst experience of my entire life, i'm in pain 1-2 days a week and i can't eat many of my favorite foods because this failed root canal is flaring up when i eat sugar.i was finally able to find a decent job and have made enough money to take myself to another country to get it fixed.so thanks for your terrible work.

Only had a couple appointments and no work done yet, but so far very happy.staff is all friendly, attentive, and professional. I have significant dental anxiety and they have been very understanding and accommodating as well.

Reception is friendly enough. But not informative or helpful enough. Upon calling my insurance myself I was informed that this visit would in fact be covered as it is an EMERGENCY not a routine check up. I did explain this to reception upon booking my appointment. I'm sure anyone that has tooth pain that interferes with their sleep doesn't appreciate getting a run around. After calling around and finding a clinic who can help. I now have to wait another six days before I can have this tooth treated, as today was my only day off.
