A while back, my wife took her vehicle to this shop to have a nail hole in the crown of a tire repaired. After having it repaired, I asked my wife if they patched it. She had no idea. So, I contacted this shop to inquire about how the tire was repaired. I was informed by a service advisor that they plugged the nail hole, no patch on the inside. I know that this was not a proper repair, I worked in a tire shop for several years. (Tech, the tire repair professionals and suppliers describe the exact details on their website that back that I know what I am talking about). Plug repairs are ALWAYS to be considered a temporary repair, as they are susceptible to leaking with time. The advisor informed me that they stand behind their repairs. This was not good enough for me. I talked to Tim about the repair method and he gave me all kinds of reasons as to why the tire was not patched, including that the injury was to close to the sidewall, which is false, an inch and a half away from the shoulder is not to close. I advised that a proper repair would have been to put a plug/patch combination in the tire to properly fix the tire. His response was, we don’t have those. ” From there, I felt like I was being told to pound sand.
A few months later and the plug is leaking. I contacted Tim to advise him of this. He remembered our previous phone encounter. He told me to bring the tire to the shop and that they would patch it, with no guarantee that it would hold, and suggested that the next time I need a tire repair that I take it to a tire shop. Good advice.
A couple weeks after this tire repair, the tire is still losing air. My wife decides that she will get the tire replaced at a cost of $300. This, all because the tire was not fixed properly in the first place.

Got hosed pretty bad for some simple work i have no time to do worki g 2 jobs, pretty grouchy at first but super nice when droping the price on ya. And they failed to lock my vehicle so lost a few painting tools.it cost more than mercedes cost for parts and labor for similar repairs.

Amazing and fast!
I’ve gone to them with all my car troubles for the past couple years and they’re always quick, responsive, respectful, and explain everything to me like I’m a person (unlike other places who make up stuff to get me to spend more on things that don’t exist (ie.blinker fluid? !?) or ask to see my father, or brother, or literally any male rather than speaking to me)
