Ngan was our server, she was AMAZING! Super nice and sweet and incredibly friendly. Knew when to come around and got us at the exact moment we needed a new drink. Atmosphere, not too busy for a Friday night, but they had it under control. Would definitely recommend for a laidback Friday night.ps. Great pool tables!

The first time I tried the wings here, it was wonderful so I have my mom coming back the next time, the wings were dry af ngl:) but the fishes and chips was good, that’s all

Have been going here for years and the service, food and relative atmosphere never cease to offer the foundation for a great time. Will continue going here for years.

Wish was there was a 3.5 - hard to find a true pool hall, so super glad they’re there, and understand the economics are tough but could use some maintenance and few more friendly smiles.

Always a good time at the broken rack, tables are well used but in really good shape! Staff is always super nice!

Not the best customer service at all!
I made sure I asked for the name of the server so I can warn people about her. Lauren doesn’t fit the job as server. She was very unfriendly, not smilling, not accomodating, rushing with taking orders. One of our friends called her attention to add order, she just pass by as if she didn’t see us and when had chance to come to us she said never call her as she will just come to us. She was very rude. She ruined our supposed to be happy get-together with friends. We are still cathing up but she was rushing us to leave the place by asking us to just pay for the wings on the table even if we were still eating it. She was so ahead of us by bringing the receipt without even asking for it yet. Sooo rude! Management should teach their employees how to provide a “customer service experience”. Be kind, it’s free!
PS: The Wings are very good I must say but because of the customer service experience we had with the server we are not coming back and giving a one star and not recommending the place at all.
