Price has gone up and they have not updated it on the big screen. Didn’t care to inform me until I realized the differences and asked. Didn’t give me the receipt either.

Tam and her employees are so friendly and helpful! The environment is always clean and relaxing.

Decent enough tea but the wait time is ridiculously long and the milk teas are sometimes warm.

Love this place. Friendly atmosphere. They make you a bubble tea just the way you want it. Even if it's not on the menu. Can't wait to try the ice cream rolls and the bubble waffle ice-cream.
