I went there at 3pm&4pm, it was open but I believe there was no one inside as I called like 5-6 times.

I bought a 2015 Dodge grand caravan from Budget. It had oil leaking after I bought it but they fixed it without any charge as there was one month warranty. The car runs great so far. I'm satisfied with the car and Francis' service. He's a nice and patient guy! Thanks!

I went here a week ago to get a new car and left with the car of my dreams Thank you Francis and Sheldon you two are amazing great salesman, great customer service, highly recommended.

Sales man was very rude, and didn't seem to want to help. We were. WERE! Interested in financing from that particular lot, but the short eastern fellow was rude and is not a helpful person. I recommend going elsewhere for a vehicle don't give them your DAY SCHOOL MONEY, or any business what so ever.
I couldn't even hear the vehicle run. If he took the time and even heard a word I said he would've known we were willing to pay cash in full today also.

Used car guys get ripped on all the time. Truth is, you need a vehicle. Well these guys are doing their best to make it happen. If you have concerns, be vocal about it, due diligence right? I've gone to Gerard three times now. Followed him when he has switched dealerships.

I basically contacted these guys with a hope and a prayer believeing I wasn't going to get into a vehicle due to horrible credit and a fincial situation I am dealing with. Not only did they find me a vehicle I could afford and that works for me they also set me up with some much needed fincial help! Shout out to Tim and Nas for going above and beyond their job titles! The service was not bad. But when they had the car sold to my son. The car was sold to him saying November 12 2021. But he didn't go to see them until November 16 2021. So the lied to him. So how can you date a car sold to someone if they have not seen the car yet. I am not pleases with this.

My experience at Budget Auto was a success! Francis my sales guy did such a good job! He was very professional, and did not pressure me at all. He's a man of his word! If anyone out there is looking for a good used vehicle, definitely stop by here first! The service is great, 5 stars for sure!

Francis tried hard to find a 1/4 ton truck to meet our needs for the farm. He was very polite friendly and even came in from his day off to meet us at the dealership!
