Budget Car Rental

I wish that I could give them a 0 star. I rented a mini van to take family to my Dad's funeral in Calgary. I rented using the Uber app. The information from Uber never told me that I had to pay mileage. Returned to an additional bill of 693.18 plus taxes and a crazy amount of fees. Talked to the clerk, he called his manager and manager said that because I booked it online that there was nothing that they could do. (yea right) They are refusing to help me. Stuck with a 1143.18 bill for a 3 day rental, plus the fuel I put in it. Called Enterprise and they do not charge mileage on any of their vehicles. Including mini vans. DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET.

Avoid at all costs. Tons of extra hidden fees. Was initially told a week long rental would be 225 final rental was OVER $400
