Great experience. It was the 3rd parts store I visited looking for a power steering pump.
It's for an older vehicle, and I brought the old one with me.
The first store, when I asked if they might have a pump like this, the kid asked if it was a fuel pump or maybe a water pump.
The guy at Sutherland automotive knew what it was and, with a bit of searching, found one that would work for my 55 yr old truck with a motor.

I had to return some parts. I was expecting a 101 questions. The gal took my receipt and I left under a minute. She knew what she was doing!

Great parts store where the employees are pretty knowledgeable and make short work of what you need. Prices are also pretty fair.

When you get the right people it is a great place with reasonable prices. The red headed male with the tattoos needs an attitude adjustment. He didn’t look up a part for me because they closed in 5 minutes! Another time I went in and he had to call my mechanic who is doing the work if I was in fact getting the part for him so I could use the discount. Wasted my time and his time. He’s about 5x slower than anyone working the front. Absolutely ignorant talking to him, sutherland you need to either fire him or stick him in the back because he does not know customer service.

Since my last review I sorry to say not only has the price of a product gone sky high, The limited life time guarantee was replaced with a 1 year warrentee. That's the deal breaker. I left the store feeling hurt as a valued customer. I always went the extra mile for the warrenty. Now that it does not cover limited life time warrenty on certain products if not all. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been dealing with Sutherland Automotive for many years and every interaction has always been friendly, accurate and professional. You wont find a better one stop shop for anything automotive with competitive pricing and a company that stands behind what they sell. Any issues I have had have always been taken care of quickly as possible with them standing behind their customer 100%. A great example of a locally owned company that actually cares.

Great service. Everything I needed was in stock unlike many dealerships that need to order it in, Staff was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with. I will go back.

The communication here must be terrible. Twice now I've spoke to someone on the phone and confirmed they had what I needed. Only to drive into the city and the monkey behind the counter says no they don't have it and makes zero effort to find it or anything. So extremely frustrating!

Cindy is one of the best workers there she is always so nice and gets me the parts i need in a fast and professional mannor! This girl needs a raise as she works harder then most of the guys that work there and i am in here pretty much daily! She will be the olny one i wanna deal qith from now on! Keep up the good work cindy you rock girl:)

This is by far the best auto parts place in the province. Knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, no hassle returns. This has been my go to parts source for the past 10 years.

These guys are awesome! Very informative, always friendly, usually have discounts or lower prices! They even let me return an item I didn’t end up needing! Highly recommend these guys

My car needed new brakes and I had asked for mid-grade ceramic brakes. After getting home and reading my bill in detail I noticed they had actually given me low-quality metallic brakes. I went back to talk with them and try to resolve this issue and they were not willing to even talk with me about it. Appears to be a cash grab to get their customers to buy more parts. DO NOT GO HERE! You will regret it. Now I have parts I don't need and have to pay again for the brakes that will actually work with my car. Horrible customer service.

They don't take credit card over the phone so you cant have parts couriered if your ride is down.

This place has always been good to deal with. Always had the parts I needed at a decent price. Recently they were the only place that had parts for our 76 truck.

These guys are local, they have good prices and they come through with the part time and time again. Come on in they have good deals.

They had the part i need to get my truck running again and they were the cheapest place in town to get it and they were very friendly

I cannot believe this place. Venting here a bit. I've dealt there quite a bit in the past 7 years or so as I am a small time used Auto and RV dealer. Asked for my discount and I get the same price as anyone of the street, unless I spend $500 a month. WHAT a joke. With a policy like that I will never spend a penny there again. Great counter people but POOR policy makers (management?). If I could have given them no stars I would have but one is as low as they go.

The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly, they do not give you the impression that your wasting there time. The entire facility is kept very clean and organized.

What ever happened to parts guys that know their stuff? Seems like they just hire anybody off the street these days.

The parts staff are excellent. They know there stuff and are very helpful making sure you get what you need price range kept in mind guving options.

Excellent staff, knowledgeable and will help you save a few dollars here and there. Definitely a return customer here, it's nice to be talking to Friendly an upbeat people compared to some other auto parts stores.
