Burger King

I recently had a wonderful experience at the 8th street Burger King, thanks to a remarkable employee. I belive her name said purva on her badge. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. Her patience when i was deciding on what to order and taking my order were exceptional done. She offered recommendations based on my preferences, which was also really nice. In a fast-paced environment like fast food, it's rare to encounter someone who takes the time to make customers feel like they actully want to eat at that place again. I would recommend coming here just because of her again.

Hardly anyone in here and the burgers were just warm I told the server and she microwaved it, sad, I think no one would mind waiting if we could get a fresh cooked burger and fries but everything barely has color

Don't hire people who don't know English. Atheist give them more training. She said something different at the mic and then on the window.

Everything is good EXCEPT for the SERVICE. I also work for customer service industry but the way these people especially the lady in front who is taking order is not for this kind of job. She maybe tired or what but you should not show it to customers. Please train your staff how to deal with customers. We don’t expect much but at least greet, smile and assist customer nicely. Today is Aug 27th, 7pm.

Every time I use the drive thru they mess up the order. This is the last time I'll use them. Gave me completely wrong sandwiches

This place has really gone downhill. It just seems rundown, and half the time they forget to put toppings on the burger or it tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. This is why I usually choose the McDonald's next door.

This place has really gone down hill over the years. Every time i go through the drive thru they forget stuff. Some of the staff are pretty ignorant. Took the kids there a few weeks ago to eat and play. The play place is still closed because of covid. Pretty sure we're past that but they just don't want to clean it

Well I don't know what it is but my burger king junior with a side order of poutine just didn't settle with my stomach. It looked good but something was off.

The tables where clean the service was good when she forgot my gravey she still gave it to me with no charge. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Went here for my birthday, wouldn't open the play place sadly but that's okay. Good food.

I ordered 2 burgers (pesto chicken club), chicken fries and drinks. The fries were good. But the burgers were the worst as they could be. There was very little sauce and the patty seemed a bit old.
After confronting the crew, i was replied with, " it comes with this much sauce only" and was offered sauce on the side.
Being an ex-burger king employee (worked for almost 8 months), I felt very bad that the customers at this store are not served good, as I know the amount of sauce to be added on a burger. *Kindly avoid this store. *

Seems like the burgers here are higher than McDonald's. They also have more thick and crispy fries.

Asked for a plain cheeseburger (just cheese and burger), but it had ketchup, mustard, and pickles on it.

And my lunch break isn't long enough to go back and get what I actually ordered. Wasted my time, and money.

This is my favourite location in town! Super fast drive thru and very fresh delicious food. Keep up the good work!

Terrible and rude customer service. Been coming to this place since high school over 10 years. Can’t believe how their customer service today. They got good burgers but now people can see why they’re not busy at this location.

Took for ever to place our order. Got our food my onion rings were soggy and cold and my chicken burger was warm. Was not happy at all

This BK used to be a pleasure to come to, not sure if ownership changed or they tightened their belt to squeeze more money out of everyone.

Tables dirty, garbage over flowing, burnt out lights, messy/unclean drink station, many soft drink choices "out of order", floors full of food, I didn't use the bathroom.

They increased the Whopper Wednesday price from $5 to over $6.plus it looks like the burger patty is smaller now too. Perhaps it's time to go back to McDonalds for slop food.

I'm not looking for a Michelin Star meal, but BK is starting to slip by cutting corners and letting things go to the wayside.

Really need workers that speak and understand English working the front ordes

Nothing more annoying than repeating yourself 3 times and they still screw up your order

Overcharged and given the wrong order when I called I was told by a "manager" there was nothing she could do but SELL me my actual order if that's your management staff they need to be fired

No is the best, but works In the end, many or few of us know that we eat, in short I think it is healthier to do it at home, you will notice differences but your health will be better, excellent day!

Very good food. Good value. Dine in was nice with so many places only being pickup or delivery. Nice to sit down and eat after a long day of appointments and errands.

Amazing service. Incredible food. I got exactly what I ordered! The only problem is that I don't come often because I hate the long drive and back from Stonebridge. I would love a burger king to open in Stonebridge.

The restaurant was very clean and sanitary. The customer service was good, and of course, the food was delicious, the drinks could and fries were fresh.

I use to get good service here, but not anymore! I went to the drive thru, and there speaker is broken or they need to speak louder. I had this gift card, and a couple of swipes of the card, they just stopped trying and would not do anything else, and I ordered two OCS and they only gave me one, I don't think I'm going back there anymore!

Wednesday Aug 19th at 12: 30am at Burger King Center mall, we ordered by drive thru and since it was quite a big order and only in one bag, I asked, is everything in there? And try replied confidently yes. When we got back to our place, we were missing a spicy chicken, original chicken sandwich, motza fries, and a whopper jr. We had to drive all the way back to get our food, when we brought it up to the clerk, he was super defensive and stubborn. We have no reason to drive all the way back to complain and get food, my time is more valuable to just get free food. He finally gave up and we told what we were missing, he went back in to pack the food, as we were leaving we checked the bag and only thing that was right was the motza fries. We were fed up and just gave up and left. There was no apology, understanding or compensation. Basically felt like he put food in the bag to get rid of us. I get that you are busy and probably stressed but regardless of that fact, I’d rather wait longer to have my order right. Super unimpressed with the customer service.

They close down their skip and other burger kings in the city are open for delivery late night except them! Really bad for a skip driver Probably the driverhas to go pick up a order at circle or west to deliver for a person in east!

Ordered at the drive thru tonight (August 19 at 12: 30am). We asked the guy at the drive thru if everything was in the bag and he said yes, got home and 4 items were missing. Went back and the employee working started yelling with us that he did not miss our items. We had no reason to drive all the way back if this wasn’t the case. Pretty sure he gave us the persons order behind us because the bag he gave us to replace our missed items was wrong and still missing 3 items. I will not be returning, DO NOT waste of your time and money here!

I have had many issues whenever I've gone to this burger king, they haven't given me the zesty sauce, or are very stingy, I've had the food thrown into my car more then once, and never once have I had good service here

Remember what. Our skip driver also is your Burger King customer. Show the respect to all the drivers. We represent my client come to pick up the food. Show the respect to my client. I already wait 10 minutes to get the food. You guys did not say any sorry to the driver, then you yelling to me. Ask why I did not wait. I already wait for 10 minutes my dear Burger King worker. I will never come to eat this location as a customer.

Just bought 3 peice french toast kids meal (see picture). Let's just say my 4 year old was disappointed to say the least.

There is this one guy that works drive thru, he is absolutely wonderful and a joy. I haven't remembered to get his name, but honestly, I prefer this Burger King because I always leave with a smile on my face when its him serving us. He always has a smile for my daughter or my pooch. And my husband couldn't have been more pleased this morning with the service we recieved in drive through.

Very good. Nice that there are a play yard, but no tables at the play yard area and the play yard itself was too complicated for babies.

Gave me a medium cup of Sprite and ice was to the top on had 3 sips of my beverage and it's gone man how cheap this location is. 1 boo: (

The food is pretty decent.the staff are nice.but the drink fountain must have something wrong with it because the drinks taste kind of funny, kind of like bleach.

Play area was a total sauna and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, if not years. Also, no change table in the bathroom for the little ones.

Today I ordered a whopper junior. It was in the morning. By lunch, I was violently puking. I threw up for the next 2 hours and not only that but I had to leave work which is unacceptable.

Terrible experience, the "manager" Payal needs to be fired they treated me so bad, why you hired very unprofessional staff. Payal if you don't like what do you do change of job.

Affordable prices, good quality sandwiches, fast and decent service, just need to look at the sizes of some sandwiches, even if they will increase the prices as well

Terrible experience. I ordered a vegetarian burger and was given a fish burger instead. When I called about it, the lady whom I spoke asked me to describe the packaging in which the burger came in and what the burger looked like (as if she didn't believe me) I was shocked they would ask me this, and once I told her what it looked like she told me they must have made a mistake but didn't offer a solution. Very frustrating. I don't eat meat and didn't appreciate biting into a fish burger and then being treated like I was stupid. Not happy with their customer service. And every time we come through the drive thru they are very unfriendly. Would not recommend.

The last couple times I came here, they messed up my order and seemed surprised when I told them about it. Avoid this location.

Burgers are decent but a little dry as they don't put sauce on the bottom bum under patties. Not as cheap as they used to be.
