Burger King

Was waiting to be served for over 5 min in the restaurant and no one said anything to us they pretended we were not there. I did end up saying something and they just gave me excuses. The restaurant was not busy had 2 customers in the dinning room all they cared about was the drive thu. So if uou are planning to come to this location I would recommend going though the drive thu and no one here smiles it's seems like they just don't want to be here

Ultra- rude treatment from the nose-ring lady in the drive through this morning. I say "thank you" and she spins around and walks away. No, she was not listening to another customer with her headset, as if that would even be an excuse.

She should practice some manners because she does not seem to have much else going for her.

I asked for my fires to be fresh cause who wants cold fries and they brought them hot and packed with a ton of salt! How rude and disgusting costumer service. Boooo. Do better.

Your food bomb only at this location i no the manager n she make sure the food is hot n fresh everytime keep up the good work n service

I’m the only one in here at 10am, took 5 minutes for someone to come take my order, got a chicken sandwich. Currently still standing here at 10: 20 while 4 workers walk around the back and one just keeps staring at me. Horrible horrible service.

I strongly don’t recommend eating her purely because of the service and attitude. The worker gave us a sandwich with bacon in it which we don’t eat for religious reasons, it was a sandwich where it doesn’t even come with bacon so that made it even more upsetting but mistakes happen and it was no big deal she only had a couple bites. The issue was when I went in to ask for a new one, the staff was so rude about the mistake, no remorse whatsoever not even a “sorry about that. ” I saw the cashier tell the cook and the cook just rolled her eyes and I heard her mumble about how it’s not a big deal, mind you I was literally apologizing about the inconvenience and was being so polite. Their attitude in handling it was so infuriating, like giggling and whispering about me just mean girl behavior. I am a service worker so trust me I get it but even an insincere sorry would’ve been good enough but I guess that’s too much to ask.

We ordered take out. The fries were not too bad, but the chicken sandwich was soaked in grease! The wrapper was completely transparent with grease! Worst experience ever at this Burger King! Will not be going back.

After eating my food I had to answer the call of nature so i headed to the bathroom. It was the most glorious of trips when suddenly the lights went out. I was forced to do the deed in the dark gloomy expanse of the burger king bathroom. The food was good tho

We ordered a big fish sandwich and it tasted very bitter and oily and it was burnt. I enjoy eating from here but lately the quality has been degrading, their lemonade is good though!

I love Burger King! The food is hot and ready. The different types of burger available are very tasty. Even the fries are of different sizes depending on what you like. They have small, medium and large sizes. The attendants are very polite and they keep to time. The environment is very neat and surprisingly they have a playground for children within the store. The customers are politely directed to trash their leftover food and also their trays are expected to be stacked at a particular place. You can even place order for your food on line which gives opportunity for home service.

I ordered my food yesterday.
A man making my burgers, he didn't wear gloves. After finishing my burger, he just washed his hands.
Is this Burger King standsard? This is totally different from Mc Donald's. I was really truly shocked.

Very slow and unfriendly service. Food was cold, garbages overflowing, entire place was a disaster. We ended up with food poisoning after our visit. Definitely don’t recommend, ever!

Their burger pattys are now thinner then their fries. Barely worth it before. Definately not worth it now.

No zesty sauce. That's on burger king as a whole. No clean tables. No straws. A sign staying they are rationing lettuce. This is last burger king visit.

Got 2 chicken sandwiches, were expensive for fast food— and took over 20 minutes. We were the only ones in the drive through and 3 vehicles parked in front.

Absolutely disgusting. They put too much mayo on the sandwiches. There was puke on the floor and the staff did nothing about it. We took it to the manager who was rude about it and said that it would get cleaned up and 30 minutes later. Nobody had even come to wipe tables after people finished eating.

Manager was not at all respectful to his coworker when she gave him the wrong order to hand over to me.

Got full order wrong, called 13 times to address the situation and no answer at all. Worse Burger King in the city

They fill skip and drive thru orders before in store orders. Not worth the 30 minute wait. I not be back.

I ordered food in the drive through and everything came out amazing. The night staff that was working at Burger King go above and beyond. I ordered the veggie burger and had to wait a few minutes on the side, but the server went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the order and went back inside to get me mayo. I would highly recommend this Burger King.

Ordered from drive thru thn went home to find my order is missing! Called them and the guy said oh come back to take the missing sandwich!
