We brought burger meal from this location and we got hair in the burger twice.it's disgusting.are they not wearing hair nets at this location?

I inadvertently ordered from the wrong location and tried to contact them to stop the order from being made to prevent food waste, after dialling the restaurant number 8 times with zero answer on the 9th ring someone answered who was probably the rudest jerk I’ve experienced. I asked why it took them 20 minutes to answer the line and his response was “we’re busy, what do your want? ”.

First off, check your attitude little man. Secondly, the reviews at this location speak for themselves, it’s fast food, I’m not expecting gourmet meals but I do expect to be treated with respect regardless of the situation.

It seems Burger King Regina is run by a circus of fools with undesirable and severely lacking customer service skills.

This will be the last time I deal with this franchise in any location in the city.

Absolutely disgusting.

I give up with online ordering here. Every single time I order with toppings to be deleted or added it's wrong. I've even gone back to get it remade only to get that wrong too. Also, ordering in the app is pointless. I can order 15-20 minutes ahead of time for immediate pick up, arrive and they don't start making it until I've shown up in the store.

There is something wrong with the pop machine I'm guessing. I've read other reviews and am sadden to have also expierenced horrible carbonated water lol. My sandwich was also made wrong but minimum wage, minimum effort right?

Recently ordered a poutine with EXTRA cheese curds in the drive through with a large Sprite. Looked at the bill to see I was charged for Fries and Gravy. When I asked why, they said I ordered a poutine with no cheese then tried to charge me a second time to pay for the cheese. The customer service here was very poor. I requested my money back. Not to mention the sprite was literally just carbonated water.

I love a bacon king burger it always tastes amazing, but unfortunately, the staff aren't always the best at getting my orders right, and the last time I was there they were rude when I asked them to remake my burger because I requested them to remove some items because I did not want them. I will go back, though, in hopes my next experience is better

Pregnancy cravings for French toast sticks has been unreal for me lately. So I left work to go grab some for breakfast and when I went to go eat one it was so hard and tough I could barely take a bite out of it. I also got two egg and cheese sandwiches and the eggs tasted old and dry. Unsatisfied pregnant lady: (

DO NOT EAT HERE! Saw a person leaving with coolers out the back at 5: 20 am. Pulled up to the window, the girl was laughing so hard we couldn't order. We were told to pull up to the window. We didn't want the item we asked about. We were told to drive back through the drive thru, and then her speaker was fine again, but still laughing. I got so fed up we pulled up to the window. I demanded every worker come to the window and apologize. We were met with rude arguments when we pointed out that an employee should NOT be sitting on the counter where they pass food to customers. When I demanded an apology it was very insincere. I notified them that the unprofessionalism was so horrific that my young child could di a better job and had better manners than them. They continued laughing, rolling their eyes and said that saying sorry should be good enough. I asked if I ran someone over with a car and said sorry, would that fix it? No.they all need to be written up and fired immediately. I chose not to order as I didn't trust that I wouldn't end up eating their saliva or worse. Will add photos of each employee.

Every time I go I get the wrong burger. Today I went again because it’s once in a blue moon I get the right order but today they messed up and didn’t give me the right things. Every time I call I never get an answer to complain. Not happy

The food on the Albert Street location is getting really bad.burgers are cold, onion rings are over cooked and they're sitting way to long there definitely not fresh. I ordered the chicken bacon and cheese burger but was pretty bad old tasting.
I don't think I'll be back there again and I always went there before.

Whopper was good for the first couple of bites but after that it wasn't as tasty as I remember. It's been a while since I've had Burger King.

Bad service. Served with old bad fries, that they're hard to chew. I was the only customer at 7am. And they can't serve me fresh fries? That's outright laziness and plain incompetence, and not caring for the customer's experience. And the older lady who served me on the window was rude!

The past few months I am unable to gain entry to this place. I use a scooter and the door will not open so I can get in with my scooter. I mentioned it by email. I received two responses saying they were happy I brought it to their attention. If you have a scooter, wheel chair or walker you need someone with you to open the door. If not it seems you're not welcome at this location.

Consistently bad, messing up orders, cold hard food, drive through closed at random times, flat drinks that taste like cleaning product, the list goes on. I try to give them a break but after so many chances what's the point anymore.

I usually avoid this location now, they often mess up our order or it’s cold.
The last time we went a couple months ago, there was a big advertisement on the rear fence for whopper Wednesday I do believe, it also had a box on the poster saying make it impossible (Impossible Whopper)
They refused to serve me an impossible whopper, they said you can’t have that it has to be a regular Whopper! I told the woman it’s on your own advertisement right on the fence go look yourself, she refused to do it.
I just left and I’ve never been back, false advertising or horribly trained staff!

Got yelled at one of the women there because my elderly father didn't know a trashcan was closed. Also the food gave us light food poisoning, won't come back

Fresh and tasty. McDonald's changed their fries and I've switched to Burger King for good.
