I've used Burnetts for all if my locks/keys over the years, and their products and service are second to none! Highly recommend.

Great pricing for service rendered when compared to others in the city.

Dismissive treatment. Apparently I'm not the first to have received ridiculously bad hospitality here. Have followed this biz since they were downtown. Justifies my decision to abandon support and go an easier route (Home Depot, etc.).

My brother in law is 75 years of age, a retired teacher, clean kept and well dressed and he also is a Cancer Patient. While at Burnetts Keyes last week on Thursday to purchase a few Keyes he asked the man at the counter if he could use their washroom to pee. A medical emergency, the response, NO do we look like a Restaurant? I hope the owner sees this because in the years of the business being downtown the service was always friendly and the owners respectable. This is so wrong and I hope the owner simply didn’t know about it to change this attitude of having some Compassion!
