CAA is a great company. Artur was so helpful and kind when he replaced my battery. He gave me advice on what else I need to get for my car in order for my battery run longer!

What’s the point paying for a membership if no one answers the phone? I need a boost in -40 weather and I’m waiting forever for someone to pick up. Eventually I gave up and submitted online a request for someone to come. Then it says estimated time of arrival is the next day later in the morning. This is unacceptable. I could be stranded somewhere freezing to death.

I called CAA on two occasions this week for assistance. On both occasions my call was answered quickly and assistance arrived within 15 minutes. Thank you Adam your quick and courteous service.

Trying to contact CAA saskatoon to ask about a trip called 3 times put to voice-mail but no one calls back. Everyone seem to be on lunch first call I placed 1030 am, second call 1220 pm, third call 2pm one very long lunch. Called Westworld direct to get some answers. Westworld tell me it is one of the busier offices in Saskatoon could take up to 2 days to hear back. That's not acceptable. Other tour companies phoned me same day about my inquires. Time to hire more staffing or risk losing CAA members.

Caa was great.until I need a tow 2 days in a row and they won't help even though I have premium membership with 5 tows left. Garbage

I get decent service on the road when I need it (even if some of the helpers have given me some dry unnecessary comments trying to impart automotive wisdom). CAA website is insecure according to all my browsers. As well make sure to arrive early when you want service in person. They close earlier than their advertised hours and then tell you they can't help you.

Addresing the response below: At 5: 25PM I was told that the branch was closing, computers were off, and they could no longer help me. Perhaps this should be taken into account when advertising hours of operation.

Been a CAA member for over 15 years and have always used this branch. My experience over the past month has been this office no longer cares about customer service whatsoever. I was made to feel like an inconvenience while trying to get assistance with home insurance told to come back another time only to be told at our appointment that we had a lot of time so they would get back to us. After that there was little communication and then when the paperwork finally came things that we had told the advisor about were clearly forgotten entirely. Came in to get it fixed waited over 40 minutes before we gave up and went elsewhere for insurance. Honestly this locations services had me seriously questioning the worth of my membership.

Got a CAA membership for road side emergency. Found the staff at 8th street Saskatoon to be both helpful and very friendly. While there, I discovered they offer many more services that I will be looking into in the future, travel info and assistance, home / auto insurance and travel clothing/bags just to name a few. Very happy with service I received!

Save a lot of money with the membership, but if you use all the services before your year is up you're out of luck. There should be another option to renew based on the amount of services you're using rather than just 12 months.

Due to my own lack of knowledge, I called CAA to come out three times today. The first fellow even brushed snow off all my windows. Whether I was speaking on the phone or interacting in person (a total of 6!), every person with whom I spoke was very pleasant, patient, and helpful - easing the stress of an otherwise "terrible, horrible, very bad day"! CAA paid for itself on many levels today - and I would very much recommend this business - even if simply for the peace of mind it affords!

My grandma is a client of yours and can’t stop raving about the service she received when she visited your office. From the sounds of it, the representative who helped her went above and beyond. Thank you for being so polite taking care of her!

Worst customer service. They had enough staff but nobody called up my name for good one hour. We I checked with receptionist, I was asked to wait or look around. The insurer whom I was supposed to see kept herself busy with customers on call rather than attending the clients physically present in the office. The insurer could have called those customers back after attending the clients already been waiting there for an hour or more!

Also, CAA is a good company. Just the service at this specific location is NOT well attending. I would try different location.

Manager here sheryl was rude over the phone to me when I needed assistance and hung up on me. Disappointing service.
