Canada West RV and Truck

I’ve recently discovered that we got completely ripped off by the finance guy Trent! He told us that we HAD to purchase all these extra warranties and insurances on our trailer or we would not be approved by the bank! ACTUALLY! This is one of the biggest scams these people do! He convinced us of this because we did have a higher debt service ratio at the time and he was a good talker.obviously part of his job. We thought we could trust him because my boyfriend was working there at the time. I was recently told by another finance manager at a different business that it is actually illegal to do that as it is a complete LIE!

Edit*. I’ve heard he is no longer working with this company and the awful manager from back then us also gone! So would give them more stars currently.

First time buying with Canada West. The process was easy from the beginning to end. We had our new trailer delivered and the old one taken away. Even parked it and helped us make sure it was level. Thanks so much Canada West. We are so in love with our trailer.

With the way almost is everything is built these days, it's almost a gaurantee that there will be some problems. It's how a business responds to those problems that makes the difference. The staff at Canada West went above and beyond to remedy an issue with a new purchase. They were honest and communicated openly with me to get the situation resolved incredibly quickly. I can't say enough good things about them. The way they handled this situation has made me a customer for life and I will happily recommend Canada West to family and friends. Thanks guys!

Obviously sales and finance were good. Delivery had troubles and unit was not prepped well for delivery. Blinds were not replaced and then we were given house blinds to install ourselves. Hardware was not correct had to go buy screws. No after sales service to provide other parts not fixed. Would not buy from them again. Given one star cause no zero. Our first trailer and negative experience.

The parts and service team was great help. They went above and beyond to get me the parts I needed.

Excellent experience with the parts and service department, always willing to help even when they are busy. I highly recommend giving them a call with your questions or needs. Very speedy with getting you the parts you need.

Donna was great to deal with for a new camper and picked up our trade with no issues. Found out our trade in had water damage that was not told to us when we bought it a year before off another dealership. Steve said he would fix it and made us feel good for we had no idea we bought it like that. We will always deal with canada west!

Steve and his RV team went to great lengths to repair my motorhome slideout.
They had frustrations when the wrong parts were sent from Lippert (twice), parts that were damaged in transit, and to top it off, repaired damage when some bonehead backed his trailer into my unit while parked in their yard.
I received a full walk through of all repairs done, and some pointers on the unit from the RV Tech who did most of the work.
