I was in financial trouble and didn’t know where to go. I saw an advertisement for CCDR and called to see if they could help. They put me in touch with Gina Davis and boy, was she ever a big help. I was scared of being in this alone and during the first part of our conversation, Gina made it clear she would be right beside me every step of the way. Every time I have had a question, Gina has answered it. She told me that any question I had no matter how redundant it may seem, was hers to answer. If I was concerned about anything, she wanted to know. When I was put on medical leave and could not make the upcoming payment, she helped me make arrangements with finance to get the automatic payment stopped and made at a later date to get caught up. From my first call with her, she has made me feel confident that I can get this resolved. It was such a relief from the first call that I was in tears. I didn’t realize how much it was weighing on my mind. Gina has been a godsend.

My experience with CCDR was great from the beginning. I worked with Gina whom was a pleasure to work with never got the sense I was being judged, they are informative and work with you to find a solution.

They called me after my partner gave them my information, and I felt like she tried to rush me through the process a bit over the phone. I had a lot of questions because I'm wary of scams, but she seemed a bit exasperated and dismissive. Then she said I'd have to pay them $750 upfront and so I said I'd do more research and call them back if I decided to try it. Ended up going through MNP who were not only more patient of my questions, but they didn't ask for a huge amount of money upfront. CCDR has continued to email and call me despite my telling them over text (they texted me) that I decided to go through someone else. Overall, not very impressed with them.

Very professional group, they are sensitive to your case and look for the best opportunities to solve your problem. The support program helps you get back on track and not relapse. I highly recommend them
