Excellent experiences with wonderful staff makes it easy to want to come donate. Great compensation and feels good to give!

Professional staff, welcoming. Wait times are a little too long from screening to donation, however still recommend donating plasma as its worth the cause. Other than the wait, I find it rewarding and relaxing and will continue to be a proud supporter. Keep up the excellent work canadian plasma resources staff.

I love the staff here! However, the waiting room is sooo full, so you wait quite a long time until you get to the donation hall. I’d be there for a 12: 30 app, sometimes not get in until 1-1: 15 (sometimes longer!), then be finished a bit after 2 or 2.5 hours. They’re low staff but the system should be updated to not overbook.

The staff is super friendly. Had to wait a few times longer than usual but usually quick to donate. Donation hall is clean and I enjoy the heating pads.

Staff are friendly and very professional. I have difficult veins, but they have specialized staff that access them no problem. Making money and helping people is a win-win. They make the process easy and provide free snacks. I highly recommend doing this here.

Employees are always friendly and professional. If I run into issues they are quick to respond appropriately.

Overall it was good experience except for when I had an incident wherein I got bruised after donation and it’s because the fluid was not aligned to my veins and it swelled so
Much that I didn’t donated for awhile. I don’t like the current band aid used.

Generally my visits here go quite smooth, however today was far far busier than it should be in my opinion. Whether it's taking too many people for one appointment time, I felt it was a bit too much. The staff here are amazing and do a terrific job every time I'm here. I hope they can find a balance to where the wait time isn't too long to get in.

Horrible place to have worked. Staff cannot voice any concerns or complaints about management or safety of donors without losing their jobs so please don’t ask staff to encourage change.

Successfully donated 3 times to find out I was deferred for the 4th with no explanation I think they spend more time differing people than collecting donations.
