Initial call was plesanrt and informative. The delivery was very prompt. The driver was plesant and fun to deal with (I like to laugh and so does he) the container was placed right where I wanted it and square to the world. He did a great job. I will use them again if the need presents itself.

Booking was fast, considerate.just good old fashioned real person service. They were informed about City Permit requirements including phone numbers. The price was better than most.and availability was appropriate. In addition.after I had booked I had to cancel.and that as well was no problem.

In the days of customer service disappearing and replaced with recorded message loops. I highly recommend these guys.

I was impressed with the level of detail and how thorough this process was. They were very transparent about their fees, and included ideas on how to save money and provided fair warning for any charges that could happen in the future. The booking phone call, account for it to be 30-45 minutes, but it is organized for good reason.

Beats renting more trucks. Left container in front of house for ages, no problem. Gave me ample time to declutter house for sale, and then the cube magically appears at the new place for unloading.

It has been very easy to deal with Canadian PUPS. All the folks on the phone have been very helpful. The driver was friendly and efficient, answered all the questions I had. Quite satisfied.

My experience so far with this company has been stellar! Communication is surprisingly robust. I am sent confirmation texts always keeping me in the loop. It really inspires confidence in my relocation to another building and all of the moving (ha) parts that go along with. Amazing!
