Canadian Tire

Currently, I've called the store multiple times, had an answer 4 times, one of which was a manager. Been told they'll call back and STILL Nothing.
It's been seven days now with nothing but a run around.
I've read the reviews and they lie through they're teeth.

I love Can Tire.

Not always the best price, or best service, just good memories with Dad.

Got what we went for. Had a nice ornament I would have bought, but I realized it had a piece broken off and only one in stock. Guess we will have to check another store.

Bought new tires and got them installed here. Waited an hour for my car to be done, no big deal, but they didn’t tell me when it was done while I was waiting in the waiting area. I had to go up to the desk once I realized my car was out of the shop and prompt them to get me to pay so I could leave. No info or instructions about my car or service was given to me at all and they left a bit of a mess in my car after looking for something to install my tires. Overall, the service was provided in a fine way but could have been better.

I went looking for a specific item, I found it and the salesperson at the till was exceptionally helpful.

Went to look around at the Christmas decorations, Very good supply of them and bought just one thing.

This store has been here forever, and reliable for a huge variety of car parts, household items, sport, recreation and tools. The only issue i have is that whenever I come here, I leave with more items than I planned on buying. Lol

I love this place great deal friendly people earlier you go the better not to much crowding fast checkout

This is one of the better CT's that I've been in, great selection, well organised, very big store, no problem finding anything. I love my CT!

Some of the comments in here are terrible it sounds like employees are doing the comments. I do know from past I never ever got help from staff at Canadian tire and even when I ask them they dont understand and send u down the wrong isle

Checked for best part application, checked inventory, made special trip, no stock. Booked in car for new tires and they said come right away and we can do it. Barely got it back the next day only after a frustrated phone call.

Went to get new tires just to find out after about 2 hours of driving my car overheats on the highway, I look under the hood and they didn’t put my coolant lid back on.

Needed air in one tire, told it policy to leave the vehicle for the day, they call when it done. Air in a tire! All day. No thank you. Don't not recommend Canadian Tire for Service. The lady ahead of me got air in her tire, 2 mins in & out. Sheesh.

Canadian Tire provides good quality products at good value prices. We hope they will uphold Canadian freedoms for all customers.

I was at the Canadian Tire store Albert Street North to get some paint tonight. Two of your staff Jonathan and James were so helpful in mixing the paint for me as it was not an easy task. They were so friendly and patient in getting the color I needed. I just wanted to acknowledge them as great employees! Thanks again guys! Great job!

Went to order a patio set. None coming in and couldn't place an order. Wouldn't sell us the floor model. Can't order more so why keep it. Went to Weyburn and got the same one for $200.00 cheaper.

Friendly service and was good to find what I was looking to buy and bought there without any problems.

Some of the younger staff really didn't have an idea about the products in the store. Maybe more training in the technology part!

Always friendly service for got their names but I bought a pet steam cleaner she is always very helpful
The other person is always in the small appliance area these 2 are always the best I bought air fryers she was also very helpful thanks guys I will look for you again July 23 2021 during the day

We were in to buy a new BBQ and knew we wanted a Coleman (our 3rd one, as we sold the previous ones when we moved across provinces). Kevin from the Garden Centre helped us in making a decision. He was amazingly helpful and went way passed the extra mile to give us one of the best customer service I have ever seen.

Always a good place to shop around kinda of disorganized in the flower department this year they need more clearer signs

Some observations, they opened the garden centre, stock wasn't really up to their normal standards, but worse, the genius did not have access through store, very inconvenient

Had a great experience with James in the sports department! He not only took the time to adjust all the things on the bike we purchased, he also put up with an excited preschooler and managed to balance 6 or so other customers at the same time.

Good service from friendly staff.
Update: Canadian Tire was good. Their product from Keter (garden shed) was not quite so good.
It was missing parts and their instructions clearly said don't go back to the store, contact Keter's customer service. They will send me the parts, "in four or five weeks". Screws have to come from factory in Israel. I will have to find right size and type of screws. A bit annoying. I will spend more time looking for that than the time it takes to setup.

Horrible experience. Took almost 20 minutes and asking 3 employees to get a bike tube out of the lockup for me. Then the guy that finally helped was very rude and had no customer service ability. The cross bar door for customer service was locked so we had to walk past the line to exit the store and had a couple deliberately block our way. Lost my business permanently. If I could give less than 1/5 I would

The cashier also removed his mask during the transaction to tell me how much Canadian tire money I have on my card. Baffled by the people they employ

There was just one person who took care of auto body parts, the other ones just walked thru and ignored other customers. I waited in line for 15 min just to take oil filter to my vehicle.

Usually my trips to a Canadian Tire never go well, but this location made up for it.

The staff were very helpfull and assisted me in locating what I could not find. I even got very lucky and came upon 3 managers that were helpfull.

I thought all Canadian Tire's where pet friendly. What is with the no pet stickers on the Albert st. Canadian Tire doors?

Usually has every thing I'm looking for.
But this isn't about Me. My stepson brought his truck in for a wheel alignment They did an inspection He didn't ask for charged Him $40 and then proceeded to tell Him He needed $1800 worth of work. Took it to a reputable shop it had a broken shock which was not on Their service list. Like the store, but Their Auto Service is not something I would recommend to Anyone.

Let me preface this by saying I am not a fan of Canadian Tire. Good selection of products and good prices, but they never have enough people working the checkout tills. Today was no exception. I ordered something online and went to pick it up and still had to wait 20 minutes. It is what it is.

Just went here to buy a bike for myself and boyfriend. We stood by the bikes trying some out and looking for assistance for 35mins. In this time about 10 staff members walked past us without even a smile in our direction. We even had to move out of the way of one guy as he did everything in his power not to engage with us. Would not recommend shopping here if you are looking to purchase a bike.

Afternoon of March 30,2019: Needed to replace the power outlet fuses on my Toyota Rav4. Had popped by Taylor Toyota first and the parts advisor there refused to perform a computer look up for the fuse style I needed to buy. I walked up to the Canadian Tire parts counter and the gentlemen working provided stellar service. I let him I didn't know what fuse I needed. A few taps on the computer keyboard and the advisor said I needed a 15 amp low profile fuse. He then walked me over to the rack of fuses. I bought the two fuses I needed and went on my way. Round trip 4 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the superior service from Canadian Tire. Canadian Tire provided the customer service level I expected by first going to the authorized Toyota dealership.

Same as giant Tiger no room to maneuver an electric cart and nobody has a clue where anything is. If you go to Canadian Tire you better know what the hell you looking for cuz it sucks

I've been trying to get something specific at this store and online shows 6 in stock. Been that way for at least 4 days, but the past 3 days either stopped in or called and it's still not on the shelf. Will be ordering something off Amazon. Might be quicker than it takes to get something from the warehouse to the shelf at this store.

This is one of my favorite Canadian tires I've ever been to.it's always very easy to find things and people are incredibly helpful. The location is very good and easy to get to it's never hard to park. It's usually clean and there aren't items all over the place. This location also sometimes has the best sales.

Slow service. Long wait lines in the automotive section. I have had automotive staff tell me car parts I'm looking for don't exist just because they didn't click the right grouping on the computer and get snappy when I tell them to turn the computer and show them how to find it.

Pretty standard CT store. Last time I visited the floors were incredibly disgusting and dirty to the point where I couldn’t see the actual floor. Some staff seem pretty ok in terms of customer service but I dealt with an older lady who just seemed to ignore me completely and tried to just get rid of me as fast as possible during my purchase.

Purchased and had a remote starter installed. Had to bring it back 3 times for warranty service within the first month. Brought it in a fourth time a month later and was charged $150 just to look at it. Techs are questionable and management is clueless.

Really dislike this location. I made a purchase online to pickup in store not knowing it would be a final sale. When I got there I was informed. It is really bad advertising. Probably won't shop at this location again. I expect stores like Canadian tire to all have the same rules and regulations across Canada but since they are each individually owned they make their own stuff up. As someone who lives out of town and came in just to pick the items up I would have appreciated the notice it was a final sale at the point of purchase. I did not take the items.
