This is a small Canadian Tire location like you used to find prior to the big box revolution. Staff is friendly, however many things are required to be ordered and variability of stock is limited compared to larger locations. I still frequent the store but many times I find myself having to use multiple stores in town in order to complete a job instead of a one stop shop.

Place seemed a little crowded, I am guessing I am not really a small city small Canadian tire type of guy

There was a issue when the battery of our car was serviced at this Canadian Tire. The manager later contacted me and properly reimbursed us for the loss. My respect for their honest business practices.

Never have anything you need.poor customer service and will not give you cash back when doing a return unlike every other canadian tire store even if you have your receipt.so you get stuck with a gift card for a store with nothing worth purchasing.

By far the absolute worst store, not Canadian tire, but store i have ever been in. Aisles are only 3ft wide. Packed with people during pandemic times, only 2 routes from one side of the store to the other, 1 of which is always completely blocked by the line up of the till. The till line up also blocks 3 other aisles. The store never has anything im looking for. What a joke.

Found staff to be rude, didn't want to help find things, or help to get an item off a high shelf! Not friendly at all, would like to support locally, makes it tough to go back to that store!

The customer service is some of the worst!

The worst costumer service that I ever see. Very unfriendly, rude. Can't ask anything. So many people choose to drive to Yorkton unstated going to Melville. Very sad. If you work in front of the store you have to be nice to costumers.

I like this Canadian Tire. It reminds me of the Old West Broadway Mall location in Yorkton. I probably wouldn't give it 4 stars if I didn't use mobile ordering because when I DO go into the store it is usually just to look and MANY things are not in stock normally. If you order online you avoid the frustration of going for something they SHOULD have and leaving empty handed or with something only SIMILAR to what you actually want.
It is a good idea to check inventory of an item online before going to avoid this. It is easy to do and if they don't have something at this store they may have it in yorkton and may even be able to get it to mellville for you.
For sure go in and experience it though. The staff is friendly and courteous as is usually my experience with Canadian Tire plus they are always ready to price match even in a small town which is excellent!

They have a clean spacious store. As a rule, they have what I go in to get
Wheelchair accessible, plenty of disability parking, clean washrooms and friendly staff.

I always enjoy the small town hardware store vibe of this place. Not as much on hand as the big city locations, but the pricing is the same.

Wendy is fantastic. She addressed all my concerns and gave me all the information I required. If it wasn't alreay taken, I'd suggest you change your name to Wendy's. Hooonnnestly.

Small and hard to navigate around other customers, was worse when they weren't open for their advertised hours, was there more than once when they were supposed to be open and were closed. I try to use the Canadian Tire in Yorkton mostly.

This is a small Canadian Tire but it does have quite a bit of stuff the staff is efficient it's clean the only thing I don't like about it is if your getting any Automotive work there there is nowhere for you to sit that is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for instance if you get an oil change you pretty much have to roam the store or leave
