Canadian Tire's Premium car wash so far is the best in the town based on all other places I have tried out so far.

They always have what you think you need and even what you did not "know" you needed!

Sales are always amazing. I had my eyes on a fireplace it was 800 without sale and taxes, but in sale i got it for 670 including the shipping and taxes

I have a good experience; however, sometimes I notice a similar product is inexpensive with their competitor, which has shaken my confidence. It is more often with seasonal products, which are affordable and commonly available.
Maybe they match the price, but again, it takes effort and time.

The products that I wanted were available but were not easy to locate. I first had to locate a store sales person, who then had to help me locate the sale items. I wish this was not the case as it added approximately 20 minutes to my shopping experience, when it could've been completed much more quickly. We were able to find the sale items, they were good quality, and a great price. I like purchasing from Canadian Tire as they have a fast and easy return policy.

It's a huge store out there where a variety of products are available from clothing to household stuff. A huge variety of products are available there and many more.

I bought a car from Ontario for safety inspection. I had very bad impression from the staff from get go. The person from the beginning started off, how the safety will be rejected. As suspected, they just walked through the vehicle to give a list of non-existent issues without even taking time to check. For example, the wind shield is dirty and they marked as wiper failed inspection. It is a brand new wiper. They give a laundry list of non issues, and charged me 180 + with taxes. It is a waste of time and money. I got it done with another real professional mechanic, who fixed with minimum required repairs such as electrical bulbs. This Service branch, I am not sure if contracted out or owned and operated by CT but no ethics. Do not ever go to this Centre. Stay away from them if you need honest and professional service. They have zero sense of customer service, as they fail to provide any professional advise. Bunch of cheaters.
As I said earlier, this is for Service Centre only, other departments might be good.

Staff in the paint department didn’t have a clue why the paint mixing machine wasn’t working properly. It took over av1/2 hour to get a gallon of paint mixed.

I took my car here for new tires in May as I unfortunately can’t put new tires on rims myself. I have now tried to change my tires to put winter tires on and my lug nuts are destroyed. I have no idea how they kept my tires on this entire time. They make excuses for their service and say that it can’t be their fault since they just follow manufacturer recommendations and don’t actually check things.

Always can find what I need for my household plus more. The merchandise is always changing with the season. Great deals and can always collect extra points to spend with their forever changing points deals. The staff is knowledgeable of where items are always willing to help out.

Komal Patel in houseware department was really helpful. She helped us find all the wares we needed for our new apartment. She was so nice and took her time to help us get the best products at amazing prices. She’s amazing! And she only works on Saturdays, for anyone who would like to meet her for assistance. Thank you so much Komal!

Went to Canadian Tire to get a new car battery, the first one the guy tried to give me looked used, the second one which I didn’t realize at the time was leaking battery acid and got all over the counter, the third one was good so I bought that. However, he didn’t clean the counter after the second one and battery acid got onto the third one, got home and a couple hours later my $50 shirt I’ve worn maybe 10 times started to literally disintegrate. What’s more upsetting about this whole issue is that I had pointed it out to the employee and they chalked it up to being “something that just fell on the shelves and started leaking. ” Now, yes I know I probably shouldn’t have worn an expensive shirt to get a battery but employees should be trained to take precautions when working with battery acid because it is dangerous.

A great place to pick up random things you didn't even know you needed! The center "Deal" aisles are just an endless supply of great bargains usually, plus the rest of the store probably has what you're looking for in the first place.

I had a tire wall puncture and was going on the highway to get my kids. The South Canadian tire had 1 set of tires in stock that fit - other places didn't have my tires in stock. Mohammad and the Can Tire team got me in while they were down a tech so I could go get my kids by the end of the work day. Awesome support!

The last 2 times that I've gone to Canadian Tire the staff have been so useless and so hard to find that I will happily shop on Amazon and watch local stores close because I am so frustrated.
If I am shopping in store, I want staff to be available to help me find what I need. I don't need help checking out and paying, I am literally there for help finding what I am looking for. Some informed advice wouldn't be amiss, either. Your staff provide neither.

Your store and staff really suck! I won't be back! Maybe try brightening it up a bit!

The store had the items that I needed and the staff were friendly and helpful store was organized and clean. The visit was great and I will definitely be returning to the store again soon.

You can never find what you are looking for and worse you can never find staff and if you do they can't find nit either.

Great service from the Auto Services section! I had issues with a vehicle of mine and had it towed to their store. After a check, they let me know it was a computer issue that only a dealership could fix the issue. They did not charge me for their diagnostic/service, they said it was because they could not fix the issue so they did not feel it was fair to charge for the service. They treated me great throughout the whole process.

Before moving. I went to market research on necessary things. There were many cheap discounts.

I Always buy my Cat " Kuroo " cat food from there. She only likes 1 particular kind and brand. Whiska's Salmon cat food. Everytime I go to the north Albert store, they never have it in stock. Does everyone buy this kind of cat food I wonder? Why they always empty shelves.

Good store, has everything you need. I like their automotive section. Staff are very friendly and professional.

I just simply can't believe how wonderful this store is. It has been many years since I have experienced such kind, mannerly, respectful, accommodating, helpful, people. I asked for something I was looking for and they accompanied me, brought me what I needed, explained things to me and when a product was not on the shelf they went and got one for me from the back. This store is truely one of the most service oriented stores I have seen for a long time.

Canadian Tire is our go-to shop for so many things- Seasonal decor, garden & yard stuff, toys and outdoor stuff, tools, house stuff, pet stuff… can’t go wrong!

We signed up for Triangle Select and no regrets! The bonus gift card and Crave Subscription were more than worth the price but we have also earned so much extra CT money and we’re only a few months in. Highly recommended if you can swing it!
