I had help from a lady in the camping equipment looking for a kettle to use while I was at a hotel for a vacation. Very friendly staff!

I bought a cart full of new kitchen appliances and on my way out the door I was pulled aside to have my cart and receipt inspected. I can only assume it’s because I look young and had a cart full of stuff? The lady said they do it to everyone, but I’ve never seen it. I try my very best to avoid this place.

Laid out like a jail now, 10 mins for someone to come unlock cabinet for $40 tool. Then he has to take it to customer service first. Then I can buy it after the cashier takes 5 minutes to retrieve it. Also probably the worst self checkout kiosks I've ever used

The owners of this Canadian tire have told their staff to not give refunds by any means necessary. Stay away from this dump. Corporate business trying to not follow corporate rules. Going to file a complaint with corporate against this store also.

Absolutely useless personnel, 5 five of them walking around doing nothing, none of them trained. Got a spray paint prep from the automotive department with a $16.99 price tag. At the checkout, it popped $25.99. Nice bait. The manager denied the price match, saying that it is a different product. Train your people to stock properly, maybe? Sacammers, designed if you buy a lot, you won't recognize. Canadian Tire invested millions to build a new store but forgot to invest some time on training associates and to improve its policies. Please, learn from Home Depot how to do business.
They will respond here saying, "Oh, we are so worried", please call as 1.800 bla-bla.better do you job, ers!

Yesterday I bought some lights for our upcoming Halloween display. Later, my wife told me we already had some of the same lights, so today I went to return the ones I just bought. I was told there were no reurns on Christmas lights. The box was unopened and is still September. There were no signs in the store indicating no returns and nothing on the receipt about no returns on lights. Shopping in this store is becoming a real pain!

WOW! Beautiful new store staffed by lazy unhelpful disrespectful employees who abandon customers without blinking an eye. ALL the new self check outs were closed down. Two lights were on at the other checkouts but the staff left these check out positions and the lights on and abandoned about a dozen of us wanting to pay but no one wanted to do the work. Five staff wandering around to the bathrooms or wherever, ignoring all of us customers, and the one person doing the checkout work wouldn’t answer us when we asked her where we were supposed to line up to pay since the lights were on but no one was home. She was rude, insolent and ignorant. All the staff were. It was bizarre! We’ve heard how bad it is at this new store but to experience it was something else entirely. Really really bad! I wanted to just leave the stuff since the staff didn’t care at all about the dozen or so customers or the sales but for sure we won’t be returning to experience anymore laziness and rudeness. Bizarre! The really bizarre thing is that by reading the other reviews the owners are aware of the problems but months later they still persist. Fix it or lose it, you can’t afford such lousy service these days, people just won’t put up with it.

If I could give them less stars I would, absolutely horrible service in the automotive service department, manager (sam) should be fired dont know how he got that promotion. Came in for safety had us there for 5 hours at first then they failed it for an issue that not even a dealer could fix (we tried). Then they let us go but we had to tie lights to the grill of the truck with zip ties in order to pass. We spent all day trying to please them, then once they finally passed it we had to wait till next day for the paperwork to be completed. DON'T GO HERE for safety inspection! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Nothing but friendly staff! During the stores last day or its grand opening, one of the customer service staff members went out of his way to make sure I received a Canadian tire embroidered folding picnic blanket. Totally caught me off guard, but was enlightened to get to recieve one. Everytime I've been back since, I'm always greated by a staff member at some point, with a smile and an offer to help me find what I'm looking for.

The store is awesome and new. The older lady with a perm at customer service is a bit abrasive. She accused my dad of stealing when the sensor went off. She ran towards us and tried to rip the product out of his hands. She went full batman thinking she was saving the world. The clerk at the cash hadn’t properly neutralized the tag. That is why it wen off.

That customer service lady did not apologize for her uncalled-for behavior. I’ve had two other similar interactions with the same lady, although not as bad as the one mentioned above. She seemed just fed up with something and putting it on customers.

Store is fine. Normal sales. Clean. Helpful staff. No cashier's on the clock and self checkout is always closed.

The lady working at Party City was extremely rude and had a bad look on her face. I do not appreciate being disrespected at a store while I am spending my hard earned money. I've lived in Moosejaw for 52 years and never seen this level of disrespect from an employee

August 19th 115pm: went in to buy some oil and coolant. We had about $400 worth. Went through self check out, scanned each item individually but then it called for assistance from the worker. The worker came over and help us with the issue. We then got accused of not scanning everything but then the worker soon realized we did and said sorry. As we walked out an old lady worker came running over and accused us of stealing. If you’re gonna have self check out trust your customers. Very disappointed in this.

I was with my co worker today purchasing items for the company. We entered the building through the party city entrance and when we were exiting the building (same entrance) the employee was on the phone. She was standing directly in front of the button to let customers out. She made us wait for about 4 minutes, when she was off the phone we asked to be let out. She went out of her way to let us know this is not the proper exit to leave. This is the easiest job at can tire (obviously) never busy and she didn't have to move one step to push the button. Rude and disrespectful customer service! Party city employee on August 28 2023 around lunch time.

Some products are over priced since locating to the new store. Love the new store and layout. Great sale prices often.

It's so big and a little confusing, with a little help from the easy to use virtual flyer you can find almost anything. And any other questions the staff can help point you in the right direction.

Called them today for an RV extension that they had in stock. I was 2hours away from the store but had a friend in Moose Jaw willing to pickup the cord for me. When I got ahold of customer service they would not go and get the cord and set it aside for me. I asked if I could pay for it with my Canadian tire master card and they said no. That was fine for succurity purposes. Then I asked if I could pay online and they set it aside, they said they might not have time to walk to the shelves and pick it off of the shelf that day. Then they suggested for me to e-transfer my money to my friend or pay my friend cash after my friend would pay for it. We did just that, athough with that suggestion the customer service at this Canadian tire earned their 2 start review today. Better luck next time Moose Jaw CT, if there is a next time. Probably will not be the first stop on the list in the future.

Horrible customer service, in Moose Jaw. In Regina both east and south location is small but amazing customer service. Here you get treated like trash. Maybe my skin color

Very nice store for a town of this size. Large selection. I found many good deals in their "as is" section which is not the case in every Cdn Tire store.

Trying to get hold of someone who can help me in canceling my online order but they are transferring my calls and no one answering my calls. I did 3-4 calls today. Good luck never ordering anything from them.

A lovely big new facility. Everything you want. My plea to the owner is to place cashiers quickly so people can check out and leave. It took way too long this morning to pay for an item. It took us a shorter amopunt of time to find the item than it did to pay for it.

The Automotive Dept.in this new store is awesome. Great service, Friendly and professional staff and timely service. Their Mechanics are top of the line so much improvement from the past.

It's Canadian Tire it's a brand new building what more can I say it's going to be awesome customer services alright employees of knowledge is not very good but where is it anymore and you'll wait in line but it's where you go to buy your automotive and construction stuff

Glad I use to work at a Canadian Tire, no help to be found when I was in last. UPDATE. June 22,2023. I went to pick up a bunch of balloons that had been ordered. They weren't ready. The girl working was complaining that she was just covering Party City. I watched as she put the ribbon in her mouth to help tie it to the balloon. I told her that the balloon wasn't big enough before she tied it, but she argued that it was ok because it floated.just. I refused this balloon and made her make a fuller one instead. At the same time, she was training some young man as well. She told him, "You see how to do it, now you do it, I will help these people. " He didn't. I stepped in and filled my balloons, and tied them with ribbons myself. It was a very frustrating experience. I will never go here for balloons again.

Martin was extremely helpful. My husband is going blind and Martin guided us through the store, removing articles in the way of the large isles.

The garden center at Canadian Tire Moose Jaw deserves 5 stars for their customer service, helpful but give you space to browse. They had everything I needed and even helped load it in my truck. Sorry I didn't get names.
