Stopped in to get some STP High Mileage additive. Easy to find with the search monitor at the front in door.

Terrible set up. Have a leaking toilet. Drive an hour to buy one because they have them available. Get there. Can't get my own toilet. Need to get someone to retrieve from the back. Wait 20 min no one shows.
Then they have to put the order in. Another 20 min passes. To find out it's not on site and no one can get it.

Rely too much on technology. Leave boxes of items on shelf let us get it ourselves!

Now I'll drive back an hour. And buy one locally tomorow

The selection is fine and the prices are great if you know how to shop Canadian tire. Only buy things on sale. The biggest issue with this store is the staff, it can be difficult to even get somebody's attention. They're very good at ducking your gaze, and pretending they're too busy on something else.

Knowledgeable friendly staff and wide selection of goods. Fall season stock has arrived and a lot of reduced prices.

My husband and were driving through Yorkton on a camping trip with our pets. We unexpectedly needed an alternator replacement to our truck. It was a Saturday so we were relieved that the automotive department were able to fit us in at 4pm the same day. Then they called us to fit us in early and we actually ended up having our repairs completed by 4: 00pm, which was even better to get back on the road earlier than anticipated!

All of the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and accommodating. They made what would normally be a stressful situation (especially with pets), wonderful and we can't thank them enough!

The staff today were full fledged natzi. I wore a clear plastic shield and customer service sent 3 people over to me at separate times in less than 10 minutes to, I guess kick me out. I cut my shopping short as this was nothing but harassment. When I paid for my one item I walked to customer service and asked her if she was the one pushing these employees to come confront me. She said yes. I told her she and her coworkers did nothing but harassment me and when I called her out on it, she said I was the one harassing them, really! They ruined my morning and unfortunately I did not get a present i was looking for. Great job with customer service Canadian tire. You did nothing but embarrass me and I demand an apology.

The manager was great to deal she did what she had to do and got me on my way as quickly as possible thank you

Staff were friendly but I went for camping equipment. They had some good items but selection of tents and other large equipment wasn't very good. Other than that, it's a very large store. It would also be great if Canadian Tire delivered to rural areas and accepted PayPal. Then I wouldn't have to travel almost 2 hrs to shop in store. But this won't stop me from dealing with Canadian Tire.

I ENJOY COMMING TO THIS STORE! IT HAS EVERYTHING IM LOOKING FOR AND QUITE EASY TO FIND! PRICES ARE QUITE REASONABLE! AN OVERALL PLEASING SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! ILL DEFINATELY KEEP RETURNING!

You can order online, and pickup at the store. Just give them time to fill the order before you show up.
This location is a little smaller and cramped than the saskatoon ones, but still good sales. Check the flyer

The only issue I had is I could not purchase my items in store with my digital visa card. I had to go back to my office and purchase the items online, then go back and pick up my items.

Fresh looking store, lots of products to choose from, staff is helpful and online pickup is easy. Never dealt with the service department yet myself. Yorkton continues to get backing from many Manitoba customers

My husband was falsely accused 0f theft in this store when he went to purchas a trailer manager refused to apologize.claiming cameras do not make mistakes a d after revilling what was in his pockets says he beleaved and stands that he is a theef to bad we use to spend a fortune here

Usually have what I need, shop online first, find out if they have what I want and the location of it. In and out quick.

Went to get winter tires put on. The rims were already on the tires so I figured hey, 30 mins they'll be done.
Instead I get a call, ummmm sir.we broke your wheel lug off and it's gonna cost $970 to fix. So as any concerned customer would, I tried to argue the repair, but nope. They put the tire back on and pretty much said no.
So I go to my car cause I didn't have the $970 and I'm upset. Look and see my tires are almost flat. Now this is still in the Canadian Tire parking lot keep in mind. So I check the tires myself. Every tire under 20psi. Hub cap put on wrong on one tire. I go in and tell them and they look at me like what?
The managers response was terrible. So now it's gone to the higher ups. NEVER AGAIN CANADIAN TIRE YORKTON

The mechanic in the back had no idea what he was talking about had to laugh about it. Won't be gojng there for mechanical help again hahahaa

Use to love this store. Lots of good deals and usually there is great service. Having the mall entrance closed seems tedious and the bathrooms aren't very clean.

On the whole, they are good. Usual Canadian Tire. Catch things on sale, good deal. Otherwise, not great price.

4 stars is because during Covid, a few employees of retailer don't always seem to follow posted company Covid policies or province rules.

Thanks for reading this! Our Canadian Tire in Yorkton, Sk is among the best run businesses in the area. It is always very clean and well staffed. Along with having (usually) a sufficient number of staff working, they are courteous and willing to ask for help if they are unable to personally help with a question.
On one occasion I went in and had the preview of the coming week's flyer which was advertising a circular saw blade for a 70% discount. I wouldn't be able to make it into the store during the sale so they honored that price the day before the sale. I'm not sure if this was just my experience and only that day but a nice touch.
I do a lot of shopping online now because of all the craziness in the world but if I can, I like to go into Canadian Tire stores (yorkton and others) because they will often have RED TAG in store specials that you won't find online and are often different from store to store. If something isn't on sale in yorkton it may be in Regina.which yorkton will then price match.
For sure I recommend THIS Canadian Tire to anyone.

Phoned the sports department today and got Tammy, first class customer service, very helpful, organized my order, took ownership of the help I needed before travelling from Regina and looked after me, she did all this whilst I was on the phone talking to her, great to feel appreciated for calling Canadian Tire Yorkton, thanks very much for the understanding and help today Tammy,

Great staff through out the store. Dont deal with the automotive staff, however, they are extremely rude and cold and mostly ignore you for as long as possible until you initiate with them. Over all really bad experience.

They have a good amount of hunting items and fishing. Alot of choices on ammo also. Pretty impressive for a smaller city. I go here every time I stop in yorkton. Yorkton people are nice. I reccomend shopping here. 4 stars

Canadian Tire is just what it is. Sometimes good sometimes not. In this case it was good. They had what I was looking for in stock and also honored the sale price that was listed online as it wasn't listed as being on sale on the shelf.

Awful shamelless, 300 $ to take down a wheel for a 2005 Chrysler, because of that i pay 2 night to hoteles, all the cashier need to be fired. We thank you Canadian Tire for nothing, me, my wife and our baby

I still think this location is good. The staff are helpful whenever I can get help and when they're busy they at least try.

Be sure to bring your dog's leash on a hot summer day, they are amazing and let your pets in the store!

We went in to find a cigarette powered fan and after looking asked staff. Staff were quite blunt and sent is to an aisle that wasn't relevant so although there is plenty of stock for lots of needs in this store we couldn't find what we needed.

Awesome selection of products, store is clean. Hard to find an employee for assistance in some departments. All in all a good shopping experience.

Staff was actually helpful and on point! Only downside was my husband had to shovel snow to get to peat moss lol

Just giving them ONE star because you can't put less, I was doing the inspection for my truck and they "installed" new parts with out my permission or call me, then when I was picking up my truck they just told me this is the bill. They charge me for supplies they used for the work (rags etc.etc.at the end they payme the parts but not the time they used to fix my truck.

Always seems to be a good experience for me there. Today the shelf was empty of what I was looking for, but a worker had some brought out. I did some window shopping in the meantime. Dave and his crew are awesome!

Yorkton Canadian Tire always do their best to provide a quality service. You can find most of what you need here, and if you cannot find the thing you need you can ask them about where you can go to get it and help you more than most retail stores would do. From working tools to sportswear they will help you. You can definitely see that the staff are well trained and knows what they're doing, they will give you the run down most of the time on how to use it if you need help. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is mostly because the store is so big but In some areas they're lacking on staff to man the sections, some staff are sometimes unapproachable. Still, what's a company without a flaw.: D

The staff really need to be careful how they talk to each other in front of customers who can hear everything. Putting down customers as if they're trash is something they should save for the coffee room.

I understand it's a very busy store and it's not easy to keep up with what can be sometimes outrageous demands by the customer, but that's part of the retail business. While 75% of the time customers don't truly know what they want, they're still a customer and are searching for something to suit their tastes. 25% of the customers know exactly what they want and home straight for it. Imagine how disappointed they get when they expect to find something and it's not there.

People are impatient by nature, even those who do exercise the best patience among them. When they see something online and it says there's some in the store, imagine how disgruntled they get to discover once in store that this isn't the case.

This happens way too often and this is mostly due to staff error. On more than one occasion it's discovered that the item is there, but placed somewhere "forgotten" as staff did not properly stock such items where they should be.

There's also staff that need to better pay attention to their customers. I asked for "furniture coaster" as I didn't know what else to call them. The staff member sent me to an aisle where it was all dollies and carts. I went down that aisle anyway, thinking maybe there's a peg board hanging what I'm looking for. There was nothing there that came even close to what I wanted. I wound up discovering them on my own in an entirely different section that wasn't anywhere near where that staff member sent me to.

Either that staff member didn't pay attention enough to fully understand the request, or simply made an assumption. This isn't very good customer service on his part.

Sadly, there's more of this kind of staff member than there are who actually do their jobs better than this. They also do it without blatantly complaining about the cluster of customers in front of them in a manner that was inappropriate.

Definitely busy Red Thursday (pre Black Friday) lots a stock and lots of ready to help staff on today. Great Job Management!

A large variety of products. This the place to check out electronics like refrigerator or humidifiers etc.for the best prices and efficiency.

It's an updated Canadian Tire which has a decent bathroom and isles wide enough to feel comfortable and low stress. Love that they moved out of the old building.

Easy store to find your way around in, good selection of fishing equipment and camping supplies. I think the staff have all the isles memorized, they always know the number of the isle the item your looking for is in.

Super pleased with the older gentleman in seasonal who helped us out today, really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Wish I had caught his name.

Super dissatisfied with this location. Went to buy a BBQ, we were very excited about. Picked one out and specifically asked for the propane model. We get it home and all set up to realise we have the natural gas model. We didnt know any better to know it was wrong from the start this is the first new BBQ we set up. We called the store and the only help the manager offered was that WE drive it back fully assembled, and trade it out for a new one that we have to spend another 2 hours assembling. To top it all off we live an hour outside of yorkton and this means two hours of driving and gas money WE have to cover. We explained this to the manager, he offered no extra help or compensation, not even a gift card for this massive inconvenience their store and employees cost us. Will never go there for another important/ expensive purchase again and dont recommend anyone else does.

I was looking for a particular Tom seed although they have a good verity, they didn’t have the type I want. But my husband found what he wanted.

We picked up bikes for the kids tonight. We had such awesome support from the eager to help staff. Excellent customer service!
If your kid needs a bike better grab one while the stock is marvelous and the service is spectacular!

Great selection of products for a small city. But staff seemed to busy to ask if I needed help, but friendly when i approached them with questions.
