Canadian Tire Gas+

I used to work here years ago. After the business sold, it's never been the same. There's been a few times I've come here and door is locked during "open hours". If your employee is stepping away for a quick washroom break, post a sign on the door "be back in 5 mins" or something so we know someone is there and will be available soon, otherwise we think no one is in the building.

Ignorant employee burned me twice at this location won't be going back.

Never had a bad experience with the car wash. This is our go-to; never lined-up and does a great job.

Awful Car Wash. Other customers and myself had issues with the touchless car wash. I went through twice and the machine clearly wasn’t working properly. Rather than shut it down the cashier/possible owner just kept letting people buy car washes then have them run through it a few times. I went through twice and got my money back because it still didn’t work. A lady after me asked for her money back and he flat out denied her a refund and told her to come back in a few days and hopefully it will be fixed! I will never use this location for gas or car wash again and I strongly advise anyone else not to either.

Customer beware! Came here to get some gas after I got my flat tire repaired. I put my card in and entered my pin. Machine said approved removed card. Filled up my gas and then went into the store to buy some window washer fluid. Put my card in and it was $50. I asked why is it 50. He said I didnt pay for my gas. I told him that i did and i will check my Mastercard before I pay again. I checked and it did go through. I showed the guy working and he still said I didnt pay. So I called my credit card company put the lady on speaker phone. She told him it did go through and there is an approval number. He still accusing me of not paying. I told him I'm not paying again. He proceeds to tell me sometimes this happens with Mastercard and I should get my money back in 4 days. Well sorry but that not my problem. I was visiting from Edmonton and Canadian tire is a huge company and shouldn't have this problem. He was very rude and made me feel like I was stealing from them when clearly I wasn't. So I called to police cause he would not believe all the prove I had that I had paid. The police came and I called my credit card company once again so he could hear. Finally after all of the arguing my credit card company said they would just remove it and pay again. The guy working at the store was still being rude even after I paid AGAIN. The police officer and I walked out and he apologized to me for having to deal with that. I'm sorry but this was not my problem. This was theirs. It could have been handled in such a different way if this guy had any customer service skills instead of trying to make me feel like I was trying to steal from them. Beware. He might be trying to pocket whatever is extra at the end of the night

I am the regular customer of this store I aIways gas fill up and buy the car wash from here but today I am so upset with the customer service, I brought the car wash from this store but it was not proper cleaned my car, I asked to manager but he said my car was so massy that’s why car wash could not clean my car, that is not make sense to me, I am not gonna buy
