They should improve their services and Its really very bad experience. No is come upstairs and they just leave msg that I am not at home while I was there but they didn’t come to deliver it and this is the 2nd time.

One star is extrememely generous for this company.
Every single time I have dealt with them the shipment gets delayed.

They are pleasant to speak with, but there are a couple of things that could improve their business. One of them is putting a sign around the entrance to where you access their drop off point, so that you can actually tell you're supposed to go there because it looks like a employee only area. Another thing they still need to work on is calling the client that they are delivering to if they are unable to make a delivery, case and point with mine I missed my delivery three times because I did not realize they were simply unable to deliver to my apartment and holding the package. Otherwise not as bad as some of the reviews here say, but those two things alone would be a huge improvement for the company in Regina's Branch as a whole!

If I could give 0 I would. Absolutely worst company to deal with. They don’t pay attention to business hours and they also only try to make 1 delivery. So frustrating when you’re paying for delivery, worst costumer services

We are a commercial customer and they skip our scheduled pickup every single time. I have to schedule several days in a row before they finally show up to get our packages. The driver is always rude and unhelpful.

I have never dealt with a worse company. My package showed attempted to be delivered and then bad address but the week before they delivered a package to me. I did not pick Canpar it is who Airmiles ships with. I was on hold for over 45 min before I gave up. I am just going to try and go to the delivery centre in my city. I would never ever recommend Canpar for any delivery. What a disgrace.

Blown away by how inefficient this company is. They attempted to deliver on Tuesday (not home). On Wednesday they left a voicemail saying to call them back so “hopefully we can sort this mess out. ” Excuse me? What mess? Didn’t say if they would try to deliver again or if I needed to pick up. Tried calling multiple times per day every day this week. No one picks up their phone and voice mail is always full. Called the national number today and they told me they couldn’t help me. Went to the office and it still took them 20 min to find my package and they seemed to have no idea what they were doing. There was another customer there who seemed incredibly frustrated as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally the worst company Ive ever seen in my life time. No respect and no care from the delivery drivers. Over and over you tell them not to use a door with a huge sign on it. No path through the snow and snow all over the steps but no let's put the boxes there. But I'll take that over the one driver who just tosses it over the fence in the snow bank. Those ones I just claim undelivered because if they wanna be jerks I can be too. Walmart NEEDS to find new delivery service. Not to mention the countless times the package just sits at there warehouse, this company is a joke and I don't know how they are still around

We contacted them for priority shipping… it’s been week and they still haven’t shown up to get the package. HORRIBLE SERVICE! When the company was contacted they still didn’t and haven’t shown up yet. Not worth saving a few dollars. Use anyone ells if you want your packages to be properly sent and actually arrive in time. Due to them we have now lost money and customers. Highly recommend another currier for your shipping needs.

Garbage service. Use someone else Loomis will lose or crush your packages & you'll get every run around in the book
