Capital Cab ride from Airport home late at night was $4.00 more than cab ride (with different cab company) to the airport during rush hour traffic. Driver was super slow and the last block his meter speed up. Total Rip off. Never using Capital Cabs again. No Stars!

Cab driver parked in handicap space. Said he was waiting for a disabled fare. I parked in the lot to wait for my wife to get off work and the cab drove away a few minutes later without the passenger.

The call taker is extremely rude and she would not give me her name. She told me i was wasting her time just because i took a minute to get a address. She worked on Aprio 2,2023 sunday at 8: 25 am and she should be fire. Not the way to run a business and treat customers. She also hung up the phone on me.

Cab companies are meant to transport us and our personal items to and from. IPhone this cab company they refused me Service due to the fact that I had a 32" TV with me. And then she hung up on me I would highly recommend using Uber. The phone operators are quite rude.

They overcharge you, Take you through longer routes to meet their targets
Do your research before you you book a taxi especially if you are taking from the Regina airport, and ask for a complete breakdown
They are much more cheaper and reliable options available

Despite of having a valid receipt for with incorrect charge
Company fails to acknowledge the gaps and gives excuses with respect to incorrect charges

They did not want to transport me and my game system today when I called for a cab. Not satisfied.

How can you have no cabs available? Get more drivers. It’s not even supper time and you can’t get one at all? Weird.

I have never been able to get anyone to answer the phone here.

They are very punctual and so convenient. Driver was friendly and helpful. Call them to prebook a cab for airport trips.

They don't know how to answer there phones! And when do! Tell u it's 45 mins -1 hour! So I don't recommend at all

Friendly driver and quick pickup. They said 10-20 mins and he was here in 5 n knew all the shortcuts and fastest way to my destination wish I remember his car # and name ️ but highly recommend this cab company over any other company in Regina

Driver, Gurjant Brar, arrived on time and was patient. He waited for me and did not rush me even though I was a bit slow getting packed up. His driving was good, I have a feeling that if I requested him to drive tactically, he would have done it with ease.

The lady that picked my call was so rude. Hung up and I rang back only for her to say she doesn't understand what I am saying. I hope she gets treated the same way especially when she needs something.

Flew in to the airport around nidgnjt and waited for almost an hour for a cab. Called the office and taxis where always oh route

Capital Cab answered my call quickly, I got a taxi right away, car was very clean, everybody was very polite and provided and excellent service.

One of there drivers almost ran me down right outside the general hospital, licences plate was G SHAUG or something similar to that, please tell your drivers to be more cautious!

Super unreliable, ive needed them 4 times this year and all 4 times they have been at least 15 minutes late, they also have 0 respect for trans folks, and name preferences, i myself have a dead name and the drivers, and the company have been told several times what my preferred name is yet they have never used it

These guys can't keep a time commitment to save their lives. If you are awarded a a daily contract, be on time. Our children should not have to walk into class with their heads down because of your incompetence. Try an apology instead of just shoulder shrugs and excuses. I don't care if you are busy. Hire more drivers then.

Didn't used them because they refused to show up. Dispatcher is the most offensive ignorant person I ever spoke to. I am cling the mayors office Tuesday to start a petition to have their taxi license revoked. I am a senior citizen retired clergy and I can't believe the way I was spoken to and treated. TAKE AN UBER OR USED RIDE SHARE ON FACE BOOK. I BELIEVE ELDER ABUSE IS ACTUALLY A CRIME

I don't take taxis often but when I do it's Capital Cabs. Never had an issue, always a pleasant experience

Always fast, less than 10mins even when busy. Best taxi service in town. Drivers are friendly and taxis are always clean.

Highly recommend going through these guys! Extremely friendly, fast response, awesome service & not too expensive very reasonable price…. I’m extremely happy with the service n outcome I got, will most definitely for sure be going with these guys again soon!

When I used this cab company I asked for a cab for my location and I had found out later when I called for another cab that the first cab driver picked up the wrong person.

Different driver every time but I don't know how many times I've had to tell them to stop blocking my car in, there are three individual spots and they won't park in the one for the people they're picking up or the guest one, instead they choose to block my spot with my car in it all together.

Third time this month I've gotten into my car to leave and I can't because of them.

Love this cab company the employers are very genuine even when it's their busy times it don't let the rude people phase nor even bring em down. And no matter what customer service makes your cab fell 100% Love this cab company I call it for myself or if anyone else for and cabby recodemtions this is defiantly the one to call and the wait time is fast.

The ONLY cab company that answered the phone at 530am onna Saturday morning. Good to know they’re the only ones who like to make money! Lol. Keep up the great work.

The cab said ten minutes was there in five minutes and it is like that everytime. Cab number 38 has been my main driver if all are like him it be best cab service, please phone when you need a cab.

Cab driver tried to make me pay in advanced, after i questioned why.he began taking an argumentative tone, and became very rude. After I phoned the cab company, he told his boss that i told him i had no money (When i clearly had cash, but said I'd prefer to pay with my bankcard instead) and they kept referring to an incident in the past that happened, where he got scammed. I informed them that was unfortunate, but that had nothing to do with me. I've had bad experiences in the past with other cab drivers with this company taking unnecessarily long routes. 421JMF is the cab that tried to make me pay in advance, felt a little discriminated against.never using this cab service again. I'm sorry for the receptionist that she has to deal with unsatisfied customers, she seemed very nice. Would not recommend for single women.

They're prompt & don't drive slower or take any unnecessary scenic routes. Just good service & good sociable talking.

Ordered a taxi the night before and the guy showed up on time, was professional, and took me to the airport. All you could ask for.
